Ordered online, arrived 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready but it wasn’t, had to wait an extra 45 minutes because they didn’t have rice made; and this was at 7pm, not near to closing time.

We ordered take out! When we sat down at home for dinner, we were VERY disappointed. My husband order ed half rice, half chow mein and broccoli beef….2 pieces of beef! I had the half and half also, with the sizzling shrimp with green beans….I enjoyed the abundant amount of green beans and the 2 tiny shrimps, that they were kind enough to give me! We picked up our order without checking it. That was our last time to have Panda Express! If we had eaten in the shop, I would have talked to the manager!

You never know,,portions are horrible when u get pick up,, Appetizers are always overcooked. The walnut shrimp is never cooked correctly. Always more mushroom and vegetables than chicken in the mushroom chicken.

Ordered the teriyaki chicken and received plain chicken breast. Called location and was told I have to specifically ask for the sauce. How does this make any sense? It’s not called Grilled Chicken, it’s called Grilled Teriyaki chicken. The sauce is even in the photo on the app! That’s like ordering a French Dip sandwich and not receiving the Au Jus. I work in food services and am aware of the state law about condiments and utensils, but this is just ridiculous. Side note: the chicken was undercooked
