No one paid attention to our order even though we repeated it at the drive up window. We didn’t get what we ordered, but the food we did get was bad. Spice in the Orange Chicken was so hot, our mouths are on fire, the rice wasn’t cooked enough, it was still hard. Sad

This time I was shorted a large entree on my drive-thru order. I waited 12 minutes for mushroom chicken but did not get it in my order. The person handing me the bad confirmed that there were six cartons and six egg rolls. I get home and only five cartons and six egg rolls. Manager rectified the problem by promising a replacement if I came in to the restaurant. Can’t do it today so we don’t have enough food for our lunch but I will get what I paid for another day.

Sizzling shrimp wasn’t very good. Orange chicken was mostly breading. Rice was crunchy and didn’t have any flavor. Chow mein noodles were firm and chewy. Portions have gotten about 15-20% smaller.

Picked up dinner for 3 and had their Sizzling Shrimp and Angus Steak and we all got food poisoning!!!! Last time eating at Panda! It was disgusting! Choose a better option! This place has No Quality Control! They’re going to kill somebody one day ….. Health Dept of Fresno should step in on this place for sure…..Eat at your own Risk here….
