First thing I order broccoli beef they had me something that looks burnt and very old he said oh won’t get you some new stuff I said no thank you that orange chicken fried rice absolutely no taste no sauce packets I’ll highly recommend finding another place to go. The food here is mediocre and this building inside is so cold feels like a morgue. You sit down to eat within 10 minutes; your food is cold. It’s a good thing I did not bring my grandbaby here she would’ve froze. Panda has to do better on their entrée portions you’re basically paying for the noodles and rice.Panda recently raised it’s prices and now gives you smaller portions. Also, the chain already charges me extra for it’s coconut shrimp, but now has shrunk that portion too. The decline in service might be caused by the lack of available people to work. Not something I think any restaurant could avoid! The decline in food portions and the lack of taste is something I think they could remedy! I for one have given up on them! Three bad meals in a row was more than I am willing to overlook. Under cooked food, lack of sauce in the entrees hard stale rice. Going to frequent a local Chinese Restaurant where price are a little higher and food is great!

The food was good and fresh. The employees were polite and the restrooms were clean. Ordered the walnut shrimp and it was made to order at the time so that was awesome. The Rangoon’s were good as well.

Food not so great, service was horrible. Went by yesterday, thought that I ordered three one entree plates, got to window, girl try’s to tell me that I ordered one 2 entree plate and a bowl. I was dumbfounded, because I know what I ordered. She got frustrated and it showed. Turns out, I was just allowed to order plates with two entrees, well, how was I to know? Then another lady comes to ask, “Do you want your order or not”. I’m still dumbfounded, that they were not even willing to help figure out a solution. I guess telling me to park and go inside was their solution, but I hadn’t the time. I did get the order, and then the lady says, “Move your car forward, we have cars behind you”. Very rude and poor at providing quality customer service. They need to update their menu because it is very unclear on the entrees.

Every time my mom and I come here, the food is of bad quality. And my mom usually gets sick and a stomach ache. We have no problem with any other Panda Express locations, just this one.

Quick, cheap, easy Chinese food– can’t ask for more than that! Got kung pao chicken and broccoli beef with chow mein; it was all pretty decent and a lot of it for the price. Had one of their watermelon mango coolers to drink, and that was pretty good! We dined in, and one thing I will say is it was pretty warm in the restaurant– but we’re talking about a place that is 2/3rds hot kitchen on a triple-digit summer day, so I don’t blame them for it! All around good

Worst customer service. Service and food here has been on a decline for some time now and after today I won’t be returning. Ordered drive thru and Naomi was very rude, and unwilling to help with my order. Customer service has been some of the worst experiences, constantly out of popular items and constantly forgetting to add entrees in my order. Management is very poor and dont care to help. Unfortunately today was the last straw and will be making others aware of their horrible customer service which has been on multiple occasions.
