Placed an online order, they couldn’t find my order for over 20 minutes. The staff didn’t know their address. Then finally the manager told me I’m at the right address, other staff told me I had wrong address. It’s bizzare at the level of unprofessionalism without any concern for customer’s time. Over 30 minutes later, I got my order. They also have the longest lines and they move slower than any other panda I’ve ever been to.

The woman working on Friday July 28 dressed in black (I assume she might be the manager) needs to quit the gossiping if she can’t multitask. I had to constantly repeat the items for each plate because she kept talking with a co-worker while taking my order. She assumes she’s capable of multitasking, but it’s clear she’s not because she put the wrong items in two plates.
