So the prices are going up!! But plates looks more empty!! Customer service the worse!! You walk in and the place looks empty!!! I was wondering why? Now i know!! Sharing the pictures of my two plates. Almost empty. The pictures can’t lie and have the nerves of charging 1.50 for dry shrimp

This place is sooo bad. Honestly just don’t even bother go to a different panda this place claims to have no change and no chilies. Apparently there’s a chili shortage. When I show up turns out they do have them. Horrible customer service as well, very bad attitudes from employees and manager. Seems like it’s a “privately owned” panda. Honestly franchise is better quality and better customer service. Save yourself the head ache go elsewhere.

Went in tonight and ordered broccoli beef. I was given 5 giant pieces of broccoli which looked very underdone and 3 tiniest of tiny pieces and was told that is the “recommended portion size”. I also got orange chicken that tasted so overpoweringly like garlic I couldn’t end up eating it. Never going back

Bad customer service especially the supervisor jayvee. Such a liar. I’ve been waiting for my order to be delivered and I’ve been asking her even the cashier if my pickup order is ready and she said she’s making it but I see her not making it I can visibly see her not making it because she’s doing all the customers order that I was there before then so I know that this supervisor is lying I’m not doing what she said she doing and I have a talk with her on why she’s not doing it because the order or the food is already there it’s not a special food to be cooked and she said if I don’t want to wait I can just leave now she’s jeopardizing my job she’s being rude she’s a liar she should be trained she should know how to deal with it and be honest and do her job well I can wait this store negative zero I would do that

The staff in panda today are unfriendly making innuendo as if im the reason the other customers are waiting too long when everyone is waiting for the food to ne cooked. When I came back and wanted to order again the staff were just looking at me like they dont want to give service so I just walked out. I ordered food for our clients I was only asked to buy them.

I asked for two the broccoli beef and wanted what I paid for, I asked for two types of meat and chicken, but the broccoli beef section was only broccoli. I asked if they could give me meat and a worker named Edith was very rude. I came back to sit at my table and she came later with the side of beef, set it down on my table and again very rudely said they only give costumers 3 pieces of beef with broccoli. She walked off before we could even respond. Again we maybe even got one piece in our order. We didn’t mind waiting but to be treated rudely was unnecessary. We dined inside the restaurant and we did not see anyone else get mistreated in the same way. I hope it had nothing to do with us being Muslim since my wife’s wears the hijab. We won’t be coming back here, they need to do better in how they treat people.

I really dislike the fact that I need to see an employee to use the restroom. There was a little line before I could order. So I asked to use the restroom to wash my hands. But the girl seemed a little occupied to help me. Fine. After I pay for my meal they give me a key to wash. Pepsi and Sierra mist out of order. Great, ordered a large drink for lemonade I guess. Most of the eggs in the fried rice weren’t burnt. Then I found a black hair in the rice, and some plasticky thing as well. See photo. After that, I was like I’m done.
