Horrible experience. Was over charged. Asked for my receipts at the drive-thru and was told by the cashier Lizbeth that it was in the bag and it wasn’t. Went back inside for my receipt and it was given to me all wrinkled, like it was crumbled up and probably taken out of the trash can. I then found out why it wasn’t given to me, she had over charged me. So I go back inside for the second time and ask to speak to the manager. Waited for the manager since he was in the restroom. As I waited an employee had no shame and was eating his food in the kitchen area, walking back and forth through the kitchen (where the cooking was happening). The manager, Ruben came out and I explained the situation. Not to apologetic as I expected him to be. I then went on telling him about his employee eating in the kitchen area. What bothered me the most was that the cashier tried to hide the fact that she over charged me by lying to me that my receipt was in the bag. And the whole time I was waiting and complaining at the counter she kept looking at me and didn’t bother to apologize for her mistake and yet they want $22/hr wage. Never going here again!

Went through the drive thru and ordered String bean chicken and Kung Pao chicken. I waited in my car for them to bring the food to me. They said it would be seven minutes, so I waited. Ten minutes later I saw other cars pull up and get their orders before me, so I went in and still has to wait a few minutes for my order. It make things right, they offered extra meat choice or an eggroll. Thank you Adriana!

This place looks like they are rationing. Ordered a bowl and got fried rice and orange chicken. They gave a few pieces of orange chicken and rice was half way. Gave $ 8.19 and got served half empty bowl. This is terrible!!!!! Never coming again!!!!!!

Moreno Beach location, very very stingy with giving you meat. I ordered the mushroom chicken bowl with white rice. I told the person in drive through, the last two times I came here, I got more veggies in my bowl than chicken. On the menu, it has chicken in the bowl too, not all veggies. If I wanted a veggie only bowl, I would have ordered something with veggies only. The short haired girl at the window said in the intercom that she would.make sure there was an equal amount of chicken and veggies in the bowl. When I got home, mostly veggies and hardly no chicken, just little tiny pieces.

The customer service here is terrible. I came here at 8:00pm on 8/24/22 to get a 3 item plate. There was one customer ahead of my in line. He couldn’t decide what he wanted and was asking the employee a bunch of questions about the different food.
