Waffle Love
Hello, I brought the Family Meal from this Panda Express and then I got home and open the food it’s not even full box. One of the box is 60% full. In the Panda Express there was no rush and nobody in line on that day at that time. The food is overcooked and not fresh. I want to give this zero stars

Just left this spot and what a total disappointment, apparently they changed there portion size to 3 and a half Pieces of chicken and when I said something to two different employees they argued its there new portion size as of 4 days ago.

This particular restaurant is amazing! I work at Tyler mall and I would much rather travel to this store instead of the galleria. The workers are nice and if your food isn’t ready, they make sure to have it done when they say it will be done. Always fresh always right

this recent fast food chinese visit was low quality from the attitude of the young lady behind the register. i noticed the cook in the back was also just sitting around while people were waiting for food and there were a few empty bowls. my plate was just orange chicken (which was underserved) with beef and broccoli as well. the management should take a step up and have more food be prepared instead of having people wait in the line and other food and orders start to get cold.

My order was 87 dollars that’s fine. The service fee fine. 17.00 tip 13 …..then all of a sudden about 23 extra dollars popped on at my bank statement . Never again

Been serving this location for years and have always received great food and packed containers when ordering the family meals. The last few times, the containers aren’t full and the food seems undercooked. Very disappointing

I use to like this place a lot they are located in the Lowe’s parking lot and there customer service failed me right away we were waiting in line and the person helping just walked away and left us standing for over 5 minutes without even acknowledging that we were there and when they did get around to us in a lagging fashion none of the food was ready fresh or hot we had to wait another 15 minutes for that and the lady who was working named Daisy was very rude and had an attitude towards me and several other customer’s not sure if them being closed 30 minute after had any thing to do with lack of food but as a business you should be prepared when I got home and opened up the plate of food it was horrible small portions that were thrown all in together this place use to be good years ago but now it was just a waste of money I don’t wish this type of service on any paying Customer and will till all my Friends and family about my experience I had here !!!

First time i came to this panda express the food was ok 2,3 and the bathrooms .they have 2. I ask the lady for the code to bathroom..she told me the code then she told me that the right one are for women’s and left for men’s i said ok but then she was giving the ( women’s) code to some men’s
