I was having a great day UNTIL, I decided to get panda. I was with my friend and I went first, the cashier thought I was paying for both, which is fine if she didn’t also charge my friend right after she charged me. I tried to get a refund for the extra plate I paid for, but the manager herself told me that her manager doesn’t allow refunds. So she decided to give me a gift card even though I repeatedly said u want my money back. I am not even sure that the gift card will work because she didn’t even give a receipt. 0/10 experience

I order the 2 entree plate, and specifically asked if it was the price advertised , and when I payed, I was charged a higher amount, the attendant said it was because it had a premium item, which the first girl didn’t specify. The portions are the smallest of any Panda Express, a lot of rice but very very small entrees. Half way cold.

Definitely the quality had lowered. I order a bowl rice and shrimp. Wait 10 minutes for the shrimp, and I got a sad plate with 7 shrimps and COLD rice. And the worst part was the service. The lady that took my order seemed annoyed because I ordered shrimps and they have to be made… then, the cashier looked like I was bothering her. HER voice was not nice. Finally, I asked for sweet and sour sauce, and she literally threw it in front of me. Didn’t care to hide her face. Well, Panda Express Fashion Valley. NO RECOMMENDED

Not my favorite but not too bad. You can’t expect too much for a fast food. But I’m always okay with Panda Express. I love their food choices. Some of them are overly too sweet. But some of them are kinda delicious. I love their chow mein and broccoli. And I tried their new shrimp & steak teriyaki, it’s pretty nice. Still prefer if they put less sugar, but it’s not bad at all.

No spoons or forks for a delivery order. I guess they expected me to eat with my hands. Had drive somewhere to get silverware, beats the purpose of ordering online. Thought the food would make up for it, but no. I’ve never had a bad experience from a Panda Express location till today. I’ll be sure never to use this location again.
