The portion size were horribly off, one of the panda bowls was only half full. The service was good and the staff was friendly. I was expecting a bit of a delay for my online order, given that it was lunch time, but I was very surprised and appalled at my food once I viewed it. As soon as a opened my order the portion sizes were very noticeable and the food was burnt/dry. I have a very limited time for lunch during work. I was definitely let down from my order at Panda Express.

We got 1/2 chow mein noodles & 1/2 rice. The noodles were so cold we had to pop in the microwave. Then they tasted old & hard. Now to the 2 shrimp dishes – the “firey shrimp had no fire – it was plane & boring. The honey walnut shrimp was also old. The dough was falling off the shrimp & I found NO walnuts at all. The last was the standby orange chicken. (The angus item was still 8 minutes wait) Orange chicken was quite chewy & we were just not impressed at all.

Very nice and confident manager (probably? The one in black shirt). He came in from the kitchen and asked what I wanted after seeing me waiting for a long while. He also recommended I to get the 2 different spring rolls. He definitely made my day better. 🙂 Thanks a lot

So I love this Panda Express. I came in almost a year ago and there was this awesome manager and his name is slipping me…I had not been for awhile and then went and Odalys and Andrew were so super nice and answered all my questions that now I go to Panda a couple of times a week sometimes just to get a side because I have to watch what I eat. But I love going there just because everyone is so nice – it can be a great place to grab a bit and decompress. Thanks for being so cool to the rest of the staff as well.

Really happy with the service here. Most places don’t let you ask for specifications on the meals, but the crew here was really nice. They also had brown rice, so it’s back! 5 star team here. My boys will actually enjoy the food! Cheers
