Food is exactly what you would want and expect from a Panda Express and I’m a regular costumer. However, I have a very similar order I tend to get and yet, every single time without fail, I’ll have to wait for a portion of my order to come out, though the exact food I’m waiting on changes from order to order.

Potion size is literally half of other Panda restaurants. This happened multiple times in a row to the point I will no longer be visiting here again. It’s worth driving to any other Panda Express. Im not sure how this place has 4 stars. They must be paying people for reviews.

This was disappointing. New Year’s Day, they closed at 7pm. I went at 5:30 and they only had white rice, chowmein, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and shrimp. They said they weren’t going to making anything else so those were our options. An hour and a half before closing??? Absolutely furious, what kind of restaurant stops serving menu items so early? You should close at 5pm if that’s the case.

On 1 January 2023 @ 1733, my wife and I were at this panda ordering food for dinner. We had noticed that there wasn’t a lot of options to choose from when we walked in but assumed that they were being made, and yes we were aware that they were closing at 1900 that night, which is still and hour and a half from when we were there. They did not want to make any more food and had us choose from the options left there. Also was not asked if a drink was wanted, just told us the total and stuck their hand out waiting for my card. So whoever was working that shift that was Latina of origin needs a talking to or to be fired.

I have been going to this location for almost 7 years. The staff is always friendly and greet every customer as they walk in the door. The food preparation has been very consistent over the years. I can only recall three times, throughout the years, that I had to wait for an entree ( the line was out the door during a lunch rush and they ran out ) but I was still out in less than 15 minutes. I have shown up many times shortly before closing and the food was still fresh and the staff pleasant.

Panda Express inside a military base. Portion size is NOT worth it for the money. You’re better off finding a mom and pop place off base with better food, better portions for the same or less price. This place is so stingy/up tight on their portions. Chow main in now mainly all cabbage with a tiny amount of actual noodles. Teriyaki chicken has lots of fat. My kids used to love this place to the point of begging us for a Panda Express night, now they hate it.

The food is usually very fresh, considering how many people eat there all day long. If you feel like it’s not looking as fresh as you’d like, they will cook some up and have you wait for the fresh stuff. They let you sample the foods, which is great because they frequently have new menu items. The line can get ridiculous, but even with it out the door on Christmas day (which they served for free) it only took about 10 minutes from the time we got in line to the time we left. They are always friendly, the place is rarely a mess, even in a rush. The food is usually on point!

The food is the usual but it is good. The staff are patient. I normally get by usual teriyaki chicken with fried rice meal. The 4 stars is because they took away the passion tea and other iced tea option for a beverage for just the fountain drink. I get it, it is cost effective but it was a great addition to a meal.

I have been multiple time but on occasion I will get less then the regular serving at other pandas. They service is fairly efficient and the food tastes good.
