Didn’t give right portion for the fried rice and chow mien, also, the dish is over counter for too long. Chow mien i ordered on second plate didn’t cook right, they didn’t process throughly before they are in the wok, also either cooked over time or stay on steam table too long, they break to pieces. Add picture, you can definitely see it was tied together and didn’t cooked.

The Employees ere are very rude and angry. They serve very little portions! They will not let customers use the restrooms because they don’t want to have to clean them said an employee. Lots of homeless people outside sitting near the door. As a business owner I suggest the company here do a staff change immediately starting with the Manager NOT worth the money. Once again THEY DON’T SERVE ENOUGH ON THE PLATE.

Was not fresh in the slightest. When I came in at 2:00pm the cooks were not cooking food and most of the trays were empty. I waited for them to “cook” (saw no cooking) beijing beef and finally after 10 minutes it was ready. The rice and chaw mein looked discolored as well as all the veggies. The orange chicken is hard as a rock and the meat is brown and old. Again the rice and chaw mein tasted awful, old and undercooked. I eat panda once a week from the grove ave location and this one was just awful! I had to stuff it down because i haven’t ate all day and was starving. If you look at the pictures I posted of the veggies they look awfully discolored/old.

I’m not sure what the confusion is with their new Covid Applied system but, it does not take 30 minutes to pour vegetables, chicken, and rice onto a container. Furthermore to not know how to interact with customers. Its a basic transaction. Get your system in order. Only posting this because this is my third and final try. Gave this particular establishment the benifit of the doubt but, over it. Slow service, super greasy food, zero customer service. Never coming back. Hangry is an understatement. To the counter worker who gave me attitude. Have the day you deserve.

The old lady there is so rude!Does things in such attitude. Poor servings.I asked for more chow-mein because she didn’t put enough and was trying to charge me extra !!!!! They have very poor servings!! Save your money and go somewhere else where they aren’t stingy with their clientele.

Nice employees and good food. This store does a good job of forecasting sales/orders so that the food that is pre-cooked does not sit too-long in the heated display bins where the customers view and order. Further to that, I do not mind one bit if I need to wait for a fresh order to be completed if the display bin is empty as the chef’s wok-it-up quickly and deliciously. The reason for the one-less star is I wanted to try a new menu item that was displayed in ad banners in-store but the employee stated the item was unavailable because the sauce ingredients for the dish were delayed due to supple-chain issues. Perhaps that is not the fault of the store but take down the display for the new item until it is indeed available.
