I love the food but this particular location, never again will I go back here. I ordered a Family Meal online. But on their online MENU they didn’t have Chicken Teriyaki. But when I got there, they had it. So I asked if my other order can be change to Chicken Teriyaki. At first, the Asian lady didn’t want it change. So I ask for the manager (I guess they didn’t have a manager that time). Then the Asian chef was yelling & shouting at me! I couldn’t even understand what he was saying. But finally, the Asian lady decided to exchange the other food to Teriyaki Chicken, then I left! Great food but their service sucks!

Service was friendly but my orange chicken was undercooked. It was tender and almost pink inside, I spat it out. First time that’s happened to me with an order at Panda.. be sure to thoroughly cook your meats guys.

Really stingy on the portions. Got broccoli and beef and it was two pieces of broccoli and 2 pieces of beef. They put no sauce on my teriyaki chicken. Spent $60 for my family and it was clear that they want to leave everyone hungry. Tasted fine. I will go back to our local small business Chinese place.

I order combination food with fried rice noodle and beef brocolli. The fried rice is not cook the rice tastes like they simmer it in water and fried it the rice grain is very hard. I cook rice everyday it shouldn’t be like that very hard to chew.
