Went for lunch at 3pm Saturday and we were told due to short staff the dinning room is closed so we were told to order to go or don’t order. I counted 6 employees working at this time and one of the employees said the manager decided to do this. Hmmmm. Sucks for us I guess seeing how it’s almost 100° and we had to rely on seating out front of Starbucks. Thanks for a horrible experience Panda

The food and service is consistent and good but they always seem busy and overworked. which leads to long wait times even when picking up an online order it’s normal to be sitting around for at least 5 minutes waiting for your order.

Panda Express should change their name to Panda Stand In Line For 40 Minutes HaHa Eff You. Only went tonight because my favorite place was still closed after a brush fire knocked out power to their whole neighborhood yesterday. Place was a mob while two people worked the line, one stood at the cash register, and two cooks worked furiously trying to fill entrees. Understaffed? One or two more minimum wage pairs of hands must be too much profit lost to this franchise owner. Chow mein was half celery; the world’s least expensive vegatable. Got stiffed on my orange chicken entree, guy ahead of me got twice as much; I asked why and the girl said, “Well we just ran out,” closes the box, and moves on to the guy behind me. Never asked if I’d like something else instead. So I had to wait 40 minutes to get shorted. I hadn’t been to a Panda Express in years, and I won’t be going back again.

They where very quick and generous with their portions. You really get bang for your buck. Very professional and respectful workers. I got confused on what I wanted but they helped me out no problem and with a kind smile.

I meant to hit Zero stars. I came in the other night maybe an hour or so before closing so it wasn’t terribly crowded all began well. Two scoops of fried rice, chicken, beef that cost a little extra because it a second color pepper in it but when I got to the end it all went to hell. NO CHICKEN EGG ROLLS. So I ask what’s the deal. I get some sas about they have to cook them then get slapped in the face with “would you like a spring roll?” No I wouldn’t. If I wanted a spring roll I’d get on all fours outside and graze from the lawn. I want you guys to know that I stop in there at least 3 times a year and there better be chicken egg rolls. I ended having to drive to Jack in the box a block away to get the same rolls and an Oreo shake since I was there anyways.
