Ordered a large sizzling shrimp A la carte. She filled the container 3/4 full and said she could only give me 15 shrimp. I’m fine with that but at least fill the rest up with veggies! That order cost over $16…what the hell. The trays were sticky too. Worst Panda ever.

Been going here for years. Staff has always been great, especially compared to other panda express I’ve been to. Portions are generous and food is decent.

Never fails to deliver when craving that generously portioned Chinese meal while in a rush. The honey walnut shrimp is always worth the added price

I really enjoy eating at Panda Express. They’re a little more on the expensive side in terms of fast food restaurants so it’s kind of a special treat when I do go there for my family. My problem is with the soy sauce. I happen to really enjoy my Chinese food a lot more when I have soy sauce with it. For some reason at Panda Express they make you ask for the soy sauce when you’re at the register after you pay for your order. That is fine. But when the cashier acts as though they are going way out of their way to get you some or simply lies to you completely about putting some in your bag already, that’s what irks me. That’s exactly what happened to me three nights ago. I didn’t realize until I got home, a few miles away from the store that the cashier lied to my face and put no soy sauce packets in my bag. They act like the cost for those packets come out of their daily wages or something. I realize I can go to the grocery store and buy some for myself which is what I’ll do, but my point is that’s something they provide with your meal there and why should I be made to feel like I’m bothering the staff for asking for some or just flat out be lied to? I know I’m not the only person who feels this way about Panda Express, I’ve spoken to many people who all feel the same way. I wonder how many customers they’ve lost over this.
