I should’ve read the reviews of this place before coming in, but it was the closest I have from my work.

Staff was uninviting, the rice was severely uncooked. When I went to return it, the manager said that because I ate the food, she couldn’t give me a refund. I told her that I had to taste the food in order to know that the rice was not fully cooked. I immediately stopped eating it and returned to the location. I received more vegetables than the chicken dish that I paid for.

Employees were nice but food not fresh. Waited for fresh chow mein and the employee slips the old dry noodles on my plate after I waited an extra 10 mins for fresh chow mein. Rice was dry too. Im guessing the food was past freshness due to lack of customers because ill never go back.

It’s a hit and miss with this place. I usually don’t have a problem with the food from here, but last time the chicken was too chewy, almost like it was raw. And also the beef tasted funny. I ended up with diarrhea and a stomach cramp at the end of the day.

It’s not a bad place to visit but also not that great either. Anytime I order kung pao chicken they usually forget the chicken part. Even though I order other chicken items with my bigger plate , for someone that may only order that and only gets veggies and crumbs a chicken this can be frustrating. There have been multiple instances where they failed to complete my to go order , but it does get resolved quickly. Since this is local I’m not too picky since it’s quick,easy and accessible. I must say customer service varies by the day but not all are bad .

I don’t know who is the cook but they can NOT cook !! I mean seriously every time I order some orange chicken it’s hard and almost burnt ! Very upsetting to my appetite!

I ordered my food and asked for fresh honey walnut shrimp. The cook started it right away. It was fresh and delicious. I was appreciative of the accommodation because I don’t like when they’re sitting too long they get soft.
