Wow, unbelievably bad customer service. If I leave your restaurant angry because you treated my MOM poorly. They we have a problem. We won’t be back to this location – they never have my favorite (string bean chicken) ready anyway. 50 percent of the time we come here and get some kind of poor service or have to wait for them to get food ready etc. Mom said “that looks good”. I said, “hey ,can my mom have a sample (Mongolian beef – not premium – no reason to say no to a regular right?). They said “no”, no toothpicks as we walk by a bunch of plastic utensils etc. I said “we’ll buy an order of it since you won’t let my mom have a sample” – they packaged it up – still no sample. Shame on you. We always donate – my mom is always super nice and respectful – no need to lose regulars. We will go out of our way (since mom loves the food) to get this at another location. Was it worth the “no?”

The guy at the register, Travis, he’s wonderful. Some lady before me got totally mad at him, but I’m telling you he’s doing a great job! It is super busy. They’re all doing a great job. They were all very kind and informative and helpful. I have a broken jaw so I had a few questions that I had to figure out what was soft enough to eat and they helped me and I checked out with Travis and he was actually a darling. That lady yelled at him and I could tell that it hurt his feelings. So I want to rate him and let you know that he’s actually doing a great job!!

It was a quick in and out experience for me this evening. I pretty much knew what I wanted. However I switched it up a bit and tried the honey chicken breast with asparagus and it was delicious. I would recommend this place!!

Says they close at 9:30pm, we came in at 9pm and there was no food in any of the trays and didn’t look like any food was being prepared to stay open until 9:30pm so had to leave. Maybe let customers know you stop preparing food before 9pm.

This is the stingiest panda express I have ever been too. Every single panda I have been to give you generous portions but the people here act like if they give you 1 extra tiny piece of orange chicken they take it out of their paycheck. Will not be coming back.

Very stingy on their portions compared to other panda expresses. On my shrimp I kindly asked if that was correct for one serving and that it seemed a little small. They gave me three tiny shrimp and about 3 peices of bell pepper. Theybl simply shrugged practically ignoring me and moved on. I understand there are certain portions they must obtaon to but typically on that type of dish I get between 6-9 shrimp along with a descent amount of veggies. The food was also cold and bland. I think they aren’t swapping them enough and perhaps they need to train the chefs better. This is comparing them to other panda expresses in the area.
