The food is good. A little too much rice added compared to the other dishes selected and it really depends on who you get and which location you go to but ive found that all the locations that are new or recently within say the last 5 yrs. All.seem to carry better tasting food and quality as well.

This place is going to have a law suit. They have advertisements for food they don’t sever, I got beef and broccoli, and I I am not joking m 15 pieces of broccoli, 1 slice of meat. I wanted to order more but the guy rushed me out, no fortune cookie. Don’t know what is wrong with this place but it should be shut down.

Food is never dry or cold when I order online for pick up… although they always seem to forget the sauces and there is so much veggies in the chowmein. I don’t really get upset because the food is delicious and they are always super busy every time I go there. One of the best panda places in town though!!

I really like the food, it’s a tad bit expensive honestly buy if you get a combo plate it’s cheaper. The staff is mostly friendly some are not very polite, also they never answer the phone so that’s a little irritating. I did a online delivery one time and was told to call the store for something, I think it was a special request like no ice in my drink or something this was quite a few months ago and I tried calling so many times and no one would answer so I ended up having to go there which defeated the luxury of online delivery.

My daughter will only eat the crab rangoon. We’ve been getting them all over the place for many years. My daughter had been very Ill and hadn’t eaten very much for several days. After we got out of the ER she finally had an appetite so I scrounged enough to get her some of her favorite food. When I ordered them I noticed they were burnt in the bowl, so I asked if they could make new ones. I was told they “all had the same cooking time ” so they’d always look that way. I said, well that’s odd because we’ve never purchased burnt food in any other store in the past. So they “made new ones” but they were just as burnt as the first batch, except for a few that were perfect which of course negated their excuse. Why would you choose to tell a customer “oh our food is always burnt because we’d rather you think we’re inept rather than just make a batch correctly”?

Every time I go to this location I always seem to get a significantly less amount of food specially the entree. Tonight was the worst, I ordered a plate with only fried rice and double honey sesame chicken. Well I get home to see my food and there is 7 small pieces of chicken and the rest rice. I understand not giving an excess amount of food but this is something I’d expect for a single entree or a bowl. Not only that but when you try to call no body every answers and when someone does they are rude and never compensate or try to atleast find a solution.

The good: The staff were much nicer than what we’ve grown up with and expect. Everyone greets with a smile and communicates well. Even when I asked about the increase in price for their walnut shrimp, everything was well communicated.
