Every time I come here, the workers are unwelcoming and give off a rude vibe. They don’t care about the portions they give you of each food (when you drive thru) and when confronted, its met with an attitude by the workers. The manager was understanding and helped out, but the staff had attitude and rolled eyes. The food was cold, especially the broccoli. I could tell they didn’t heat it up properly, and if I were to express my concerns I would’ve been met with more attitude. I’ve encountered multiple issues in the drive thru and I do not suggest.

Worst service, Mikaela had us pull to the front since teriyaki chicken wasn’t ready. She told us 10 minute wait. No big deal waited 20 min again no big deal. But we get home to eat come to find out that the teriyaki chicken with white rice bowl was not in our bag. The food that they made us wait for 20min is what they didn’t put in out bag, We drove back and of course they take they sweet time and she had a smirk like she knew what she did and as if it was funny, Mikaela and the other woman obviously hate there job that seems simple enough as reading a recite and making sure there Customers get what they ordered

The service today couldn’t have been worse. They took 15 to get 1 order. Pulled in the drive through, was asked to park out front and that did will be ready in 6 minutes. I said ok. Not only did I have to go in to get the food, they had attitude and couldn’t care less about my concerns. Not going back. I’m done with this place

The night shift is just terrible. Not only is the service extremely slow, both dining in and drive through, but the quality of food is much lower. 10+ minute wait times are average if you don’t have another customer before you in line. When the food and other items are handed to you, it’s almost a gamble if everything you request is provided. There have been a few times chopsticks, forks, sauces, and even a whole menu item has been missing.

They have barely been open about an hour and this is what their string beans already look like? Yeah right, go ahead and try to convince me they aren’t throwing the leftovers in a container over night and giving them to customers the next day. This garbage wasn’t even worth eating last night, much more today at lunch. Avoid if possible and take the time to drive to a different location.
