9/10 drive-thru service is rude. They never make eye contact, close the windows quickly after giving your food so you can’t ask for condiments. when you do get their attention and ask for sauces or forks, they give attitude while providing them. I will say, the place is neat, clean and food is good majority of the time (with occasional fountain drink deficiencies) but that doesn’t excuse the rudeness and attitude. Today was my last straw when I was asked if I would like to donate to a charity event, I responded “Not today,” and I was then told, “Oh wow, pull forward.” But seeing management hasn’t responded or attempted to resolve past issues and low ratings, truly shows they don’t care and are not willing to grow their customer service.

There was no grilled chicken available and I was told it would be a 20 minute wait for it to be cooked. I ended up opting for double orange chicken. I also asked for about 12 soy sauces. I got one soy sauce, no fortune cookie and no utensils. The person at the window was extremely rude, lack any customer service skills and didn’t even look at me.

Panda is still good for the price. It is cheaper to order meal deals in the box with the starch plus 2 sides, but we often order a la carte. When you go there, it’s best to view what’s fresh and pick your dishes accordingly. Staff seems to have it together and were able to fill a big order quickly and correctly. Love the Hunan beef, it’s crispy and tasty!

This Panda 3840 Sunset Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89120 is clean, staff is excellent, and the service is ok given all the things they have to do. The drive-through customers are rude to staff an all there trying to do is get your order right. The customers are impatient.

SHOUT OUT TO MY GIRL FATIMA!! She was such a wonderful worker today and she was super nice! She made sure my order was correct and chatted with me a bit. I told her I loved her pins (i collect and wanted to buy some) but they don’t sell pins (they should) and when she handed me my order she gave me one of her pins! i wish i carried cash on me (I’ve been robbed before) but that girl is a rock star!! love her and next time i come by i hope to see her again to give her a tip, if i don’t, i tend to pay that kindness forward ! <3

Horrible customer service. Rude drive thru attendant and a very slow staff. Food may look good because of my camera but I can honestly say, the rice was in clumps, the broccoli was a weird brown color and the food over all was a no. I do not recommend coming to this location at all.
