Had a great experience here!

They somehow forgot all the protein on my main order. I guess when I looked down to check my phone for what my gf wanted they just closed by box and put it in a bag. Drove home, found out, came back and got it replaced but the worker there gave my pregnant fiance attitude so what started off as an understandable exchange ended as an aggravating annoyance.

Ordered teriyaki chicken and had to wait 26 minutes. I’m not sure if they forgot I was there, but I got my food after they served several other customers and the guy came over to bring me my bag. When I got home (30 minutes away) I was missing my teriyaki chicken that I was waiting for and instead received beef and broccoli? Very disappointed..

Consistently some of the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Truly good people here, you can tell. They should have a TIP OPTION, I’d rather tip these people than I would my starbucks barista. Good location with easy access and no scumbags hanging around.

This place was very rude. Manager was very rude. I asked for a knife to cut up the meat for my baby to eat. The chicken pieces were so large. No knives. I asked her to cut if for me. The picture was as small as she would go. Said that was all she could do.

Very small portions, this means paying more $ for less. Food not hot enough. This being a well-liked family restaurant, only plastic forks, no knives, in total disregard to mothers who must cut their children’s food to fit their small mouths. What’s the problem, Panda Express, why do you refuse to provide plastic knives so mothers can cut the food portions to fit their small children’s mouths? Extremely thoughtless and annoying for all customers, but specially mothers with young children. Get your act together! A lot of times you’re out of chopsticks, now it’s a needed plastic utensil, get the plastic knives and stop saving pennies and sacrificing your customers’ basic needs! Mothers for

This location never cook super greens, dish is just clean and untouched. Cooking takes forever and attitude makes you feel like you a huge bother.

Horrible experience and I have been going there for years. He two Asian individuals were rude, militant, and disrespectful. The one handing out the food hid his name tag so we could not report him and the person who was the cashier did not even say thank you. The worst experience I have ever had. The portion was small and not worth the stress. Another Postmate driver asked for a bag and the guy did not want to give him one. Another customer told the guy was rude and that same name tables employee came from behind the counter to get in the face of the customer. I would rather donate my money to the Democratic Party than ever step foot in this establishment. I added a pic of the receipt so you can see the date and shift to avoid.

This place really needs to retrain their staff and management. A portion of Teriyaki chicken is not 5 slices it is 5 oz. Portion sizes are supposed to be at least 5 oz and everybody should be aware of this. And your whole 3 item bigger plate is supposed to be 22 oz in total. You are not going to shame me or look at me crazy because I Want the actual portion size not what you’re willing to give me.
