Had a horrible experience at this Panda Express, we paid and in my end my transaction said “cleared” according to the manager the transaction didn’t go through so she tried charging me again and had us wait in line for 30 min while she called someone. The managers name is Chein and she was so rude, she was getting frustrated at the fact that her system was down so she talked to us very rude and was talking to her employees horribly. She was even telling the girl in the drive thru “run run hurry up” that is not a way to treat anyone and Panda Express should look and see how they’re putting in charge.

Worst customer service at this location for years. They can never get it right. Stingy portions, they forget to give you parts of your order like the sides, appetizers and utensils every single time and try to make you drive back around and wait in the drive thru line to place another order when you’re at the window. They are also very rude, I wouldn’t go to this place anymore.
