This is my 1st time at this location so far I experienced a bit of a wait while sitting in line One person told me they could only give me 5 pieces of meat with my beef and broccoli but gave me a mountain of vegetables I guess she was in a bit of a rush because she also forgot that I asked her for Spring rolls And beware of the rice is completely undercooked Unless you plan on taking it home and putting it right back on the stove I suggest you go with other options or better another store This one has a lot of work to do Unless you’re one of those kind of people who just doesn’t care what they pay for I also ordered a bigger plate and she charged me for a 2 entree plate and then add it on an extra side Which obviously made me pay more Just be careful if you do decide to go here By the way to protect themselves and make sure that they get your money they don’t offer samples so it’s not like they’ll let you try it before you buy it Check your food before leaving the store The drink too because all of their sodas were watered down

I go to any Panda Express several times a month, and to this particular Panda, at least once a week. The place is always clean, and the food always feels fresh. The only thing that annoys me in this and all Panda is the “donation”. Being asked if one wants to donate money should be a more personal issue and not the entire line of customers.

Food was good and cashier I engaged with was very nice and professional whoever the person that took my order was beyond rude and honestly there was no need. Mackenzie I didn’t appreciate your attitude towards me when ordering I didn’t know what you had available and I apologize for making you repeat yourself. I understand it was near closing and food runs out. Learn to communicate that information in a professional manner maybe you’re in the wrong position and should be a cook where you don’t have to talk to customers. The fact that you hide behind a mic doesn’t make it ok to talk to people the way you did. Although you were rude and ruffled my feathers I wish you the best.

Panda express is on of my Favorite places to Get Junk Food But I Have to say my meal today was so Disappointing The Broccoli Beef Is Made Up Of Mostly Large silver Dollar sized Pieces of Broccoli That Appear over cooked while Having the crunch of Fresh. The Orange chicken Is Mostly Breading And the Chow-Mein Is 90% Cabbage. Its Been A Very long time since i have had Chinese Food This Bad

Came for lunch to eat in. Got honey walnut shrimp which was delicious, the Kung Pao chicken was flavorful, chow mein was steaming hot and the soda fountain root beer was bubbly.. Fairly clean floor, short line, quick service. Fortune cookie made a nice touch.

Ordered at the drive-thru which was my first mistake. Service was fast but after receiving my food I can see why. My food was over cooked and burnt, noodles and vegetables were greasy and charred. Everything has a twinge of burnt to it. Disgusting! The worker at the window was not too enthusiastic about handling the order either. Terrible service

Ok so normally I will do the drive thru however the this last time I went inside and ordered. I ordered two bowls. 1 broccoli beef with chowmein and the other kung pow chicken and chowmein. No prop but I was asked to if I could wait a min for the chowmein, no problem of course so as I waited I paid for my order the asked. For extra soy sauce, the cashier said no problem, another min later and another. Employee hands me my order and I leave. Now I am not complaining after all I went at possibly the busiest time. Of the day and I get it. However. When I got home not only was there no extra soy sauce there was no soy sauce at all.

That is just been a lot of things looking in the last 20 years. Damn he’s not like sitting down Chinese restaurant on the corner but they still have good food and good atmosphere and employees. Is it Kansas for your next lunch or dinner can’t go wrong with great food.
