I went to the location in Rio Rancho and the food was awful. Everything I ordered tasted horrible. The shrimp tasted like it was minutes from turning. I don’t usually go to this location. When I attempted to tell employees about the problem, everyone including manager, Justin, made it seem like I was lying. Not lying, guy. The flavor was off. Go to any other location!

TRASH!!!! placed my order they didn’t have an item available that’s on their menu pulled around after paying to wait 20 minutes. Got home find only one out of the two plates that I waited 20 minutes for had the item also the orange chicken tasted like it’s been sitting under the heat lamp for 24 hrs. The sad part is my receipt has both plates circled with pen showing the item that I waited 20 min and they still couldn’t get it right.The other thing to add is this store was not busy because their employees where busy loading shelves in their personal truck so the only excuse is pure stupidity.

Why is the food SO disgusting at this location?!? Ordered a plate of chicken and honey walnut shrimp at 11:30 A.M! Can someone explain why the food was cold and dry when they JUST opened. I go here VERY rarely and every time I have regretted it. Try a different location or save your money. If you order a premium don’t expect a good portion size either.

My wife went inside to ask for teriyaki sauce because they didn’t include it with the order of teriyaki chicken and a young male cashier rudely told her “you’re supposed to ask for it when you order” and then proceeded to help 5 other customers without even handing her the sauce after agreeing to. It took another cashier to see my wife waiting forever and to offer her the courteous service that all customers deserve regardless of any minor mistakes. I wish we would have gotten his name so I could include it in this review. Please retrain your cashiers to be respectful regardless of how busy of a night it is.

Lobby was a mess, every single table was dirty, the lobby was completely empty not one customer in site, not at a table or in line and like 2 cars in drive thru. I asked a worker if someone was able to clean a table off so that I can sit down with my familu and she said “it’s going to take awhile to clean the whole lobby” just rude and no customer service whatsoever. At that point I walked out and went somewhere else. This was also at 3:45 pm lunch rush was long passed and dinner rush hadn’t even started yet.

Charged me for a water bottle that I took there myself and attempted to not give my money back, instead, changed the soda cup from a medium to a large size in leu of paying me back my money. After I told her several times that I don’t need a big sofa cup, before she asked her manager to return my money. Besides, the tax from the water bottle was not refunded.

BEWARE! Went here on a lunch break ordered beef and broccoli with white rice. I was eating nearly mid way, and I found a piece of metal wrapper. I was immediately disgusted. I told the workers, and they looked at me like a deer in the headlights. No real acknowledgment that I found this in the food they served me, which I paid for. Never going back.
