The staff were nice and had good customer service. The food was good. The reason it got 2 stars is because the beverage area, the tables, and the floor were filthy. I posted several pictures of it. Disgusting! Somebody needs to step out from behind the counter and get the place cleaned up. There were a lot of tables that could have been used, but nobody would sit there.

Food was bomb! servings were surprisingly small compared to most panda express. I only got three shrimp in my small box and the other small box was only half full. Most panda express fill the boxes. I will not go back I thought it was just a one time thing there, but I gave them three chances. And third strike your out.. don’t waste your money the l Canton dragon in the same parking lot not only tastes better they give decent size portions. DONT GO YOU WILL Be OVERCHARGED FOR NEXT TO NO FOOD!??!?!!!

It’s always very crowded. I waited for 20 mins before I gave up and left. Part of the problem is the very small parking lot. The food is always warm and tastes good. The staff is friendly enough but they’re very busy.

Have tried dashing from here multiple times each time manage to completely screw up the order. Will order 12 rangoons and receive two. Or missing an entire order and only receiving a veggie roll. It’s like they don’t read. I’m not the only having this issue so is my friends when they try ordering from here it’s the exact same thing.

Everything is fine except the store manager. He is hardworking but has management skills. He corrects his staff in public, yelling at times, in front of customers and staff. He needs management to train or else be demoted. I do not know how any staff members can put up and tolerate him.

Got Panda Express delivered through Uber Eats and they forgot the sauces. Called back Panda and the sweetest person in the world picked up. She got in her own car and brought us the sauces herself!! 10/10 yall are lucky to have her. Made my day!

Dine in was closed for lunch. After waiting on 3 cars ahead of us, we waited for food. Total drive thru time was 23 minutes. Had to ask for the teriyaki sauce for the 2 teriyaki chicken orders AFTER her handing order and shutting window. Broccoli was raw still on our 2 other orders. We had to park and eat in the car.

Great food. Sometimes the line moves slower than I’d like but the buying public has a lot to do with that. To anyone that may read this….when you go to any place of this nature it is helpful to customers and employees if you can try to have some idea of what you may order before your order is taken. It really slows things down when customers hem and haw a lot trying to decide when placing an order.

Panda Express has really gone down hill up here in Prescott tons of onions in the noodles and the teriyaki chicken was super greasy and chow mein super dry. Could not even finish my plate got a stomach ache now. Never again. Unless I have too then Id rather eat chipolte if I have to eat out in that area. Disgusting.
