Really sucks because the portion sizes are not what it is compared to other panda express, and not only that there’s no flavor to the food. I ordered two bigger plates, and they gave me a smaller size and portions which is ridiculous because if you’re charging me as much as you do, you would think all panda express would be okay with matching the price.

Martha the “manager” was so rude. We received the wrong order entirely and she made it seem like I was lying about it. She was making comments as if we couldn’t hear her and said ”it’s so weird that they would receive the wrong order.” Like why is that weird you messed up take accountability for it. She was definitely on a power trip, and her behavior was completely unprofessional, I hope she doesn’t have the same behavior towards her employees.

This wasn’t the first time we had a bad experience but I won’t be back. My preteen went to pick up our online order but came back to the car crying and said they wouldn’t give it to her. When I went in, the lobby was empty. I was ignored and stood at the line until I was the only customer in the line and only person in the store. Four associates were standing at the line and refused to acknowledge me. I saw at the pick up area there were no orders although I received a text saying it was ready. when someone finally looked at me, I let them know I was there for a pickup… they knew. Immediately they were extremely rude and refused to give me my order since I didn’t have a confirmation number. The smallest thing to power trip on. They said I had to have my phone with me and continued to be unfriendly and demanding that they were trying to AVOID CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS. What!? I didn’t have any proof with me and finally told them I was upset and this must be why my daughter was crying. Finally, someone started my order with a cold face and gave it to me saying, “here you go”

When I walked in I was ignored definitely for my white skin while angel and alex(names left without capitals purposely) conversated obnoxiously in Spanish on who was going to serve us( yes, I know Spanish because my mom is Hispanic). Never made eye contact with us. This is usually the case when you hire someone because they’re bilingual. You trade a little improvement in communication for a massive drop in customer service.

I’m not sure the name of your employee, but I came her around 9:58pm 5/23/23 with my boyfriend because i was really craving Pandas white rice and the worker at the window was super sweet , very kind attitude and I always appreciate that kind of hospitality, But thank you to them for that!!

Cashier was nice, but confused the order and forgot most of my order. I wanted a plate with 2 entrees so i asked for 2 entrees. The cashier for some reason offered me an entree the size of a kids meal cup as a side and only gave me 2 out of the 3 meals I was trying to order. I even ordered rangoons but of course they forget that too. This store is just lazy now.

I went to the drive through to get my daughter some food, as I pulled up the lady asked what I wanted. After I gave her the order there was pure silence. I finally said hello and she says that they are closed because it’s a holiday! Than why ask what I wanted instead of saying that immediately. I wouldn’t be upset if she started with that but instead we were given false hope.

Drive-through employee refused to accept two coupons and expected me to drive twice through the line (empty at the time) I completely understand as I’ve even a cashier before, but to exert some some sense of power or whatever at the expense of losing customers, good luck guys.
