I like this location a lot. The food always taste delicious, the temperature on the food is always right, and the restaurant is well-maintained. The customer service is okay, maybe they’re just always busy, but they’re just never friendly or welcoming. This location get packed right after work!

Waited for fresh teriyaki chicken and got the bottom of the pan scrapped into my box after they brought out the new batch. Everything else was great! Good attentive staff, other than the one telling the crew to pinch penny’s on patient paying customers.

Skip this location if you can. They always serve burnt food in the evenings – especially the fried rice. The mushroom chicken was burnt – like they scraped the last bit of the pan for my to-go order. Then they tied the bag in a full knot so I couldn’t check it right in front of them. My mistake, that’s okay – won’t be back.

I came to this location just to rest before going back to worship this early eve . This spot was within a mile from where I need to be . The store was clean . The workers were professional. I don’t eat meat but was able to entree mushroom chicken ( picking out the chicken ) and have spring roles . It was a good experience!

Rudest employees I’ve encountered at any panda. Sarahi in particular was like a bothered child when having to help customers. Rolled her eyes when asked a question and even when being cordial she had as much personality as a zombie. Need better training or something.

7 people in line nobody at counter to take orders the cook goes in back to tell your employess there are customers. Your employees wonder out from the back with a dazed look on thier face a few minutes later when the line is even longer.

My favorite item on the menu at this place is the Teriyaki chicken and a side of the noodles. I think they call the noodles Chow mein. For fast food, this is one of the best places. They are also very kind to make fresh food if you want rather than taking what is almost gone. They did this for both the chicken and the Chow mein. It took a little longer to get the food, but it was worth the wait. Love this place.
