This PANDA is no more than OK. They are often out of food, their menu has items they have discontinued, they frequently forget items (especially teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken). It seems to get worse and worse every time we visit. We go about once a week, but we probably aren’t going back to this location again. The food spiciness and flavor is also incredibly variable. We’ve just been disappointed too many times. One bonus is the employees are always really nice and friendly. It just seems like there are other problems.

I would give zero stars but that’s not an option. Roxana Z who was working the drive thru was extremely disrespectful, gave nasty looks, and had attitude when asked a question about the food they had. Having a worker like this only puts your business down. I would highly suggest the management here to rethink their decision on this employee as she is unable to be kind and give good customer service.

there is one female employee who just never had a good attitude. and what has happened to me more than once is the screw up the rangoons. if I pay $12 for a large and $2 for an additional three, why am I only receiving 6-7 in a tiny a-la-catre box? it’s ridiculous!

Ordered a 2 Item entre. The dishes were Orange Chicken & Pepered Chicken with half fried rice and noddles. The food tasted as though it had been sittin all day on the grill. The peppered chicken was the worst. It tasted like it was cooked in an unwashed wok bowl that they’ve been using over and over again. Nasty stuff…

The last 5 times I have been here in the drive thru the portion sizes look like half, yet I’m paying more. 37 dollars for 3 people with no drinks. Not happy with Panda which I used to love!
