It was my first time going to this place, the restaurant was clean, all that you can expect of an American chain restaurant, the thing that I liked the most is that the kitchen is on plain sight, that is something very important, because I don’t trust in a restaurant that the kitchen is hidden in the back, like most Chinese cuisine restaurants, the service was nice, the food was ok, the price was very cheap for a large amount of food I have to tell, I got a bigger plate for 12 dlls and let me tell you, it didn’t even fit on the tray.

This specific Panda Express location is horrible. The drive thru person was not friendly. The food portion was below standard. My teriyaki chicken smell bad. It had already expired. I will think twice before buying at Panda Express. I do not want to risk having another experience like the one I had.

This place is disgusting! Why is the rice always burnt and hard. Are they reusing rice? This is just gross and inedible. I almost broke a tooth it was so hard and this has happened more than once. Inexcusable. When I called the store, no answer. When I call corporate I sat on hold and was hung up on.

The workers and manager are rude and steal any change, you are owed back. Corporate needs to audit this location for the concerns because it is a hustle that is really a crime; and fast food restaurants in the neighborhood like this are horrible.

I went to the drive thru at 9 and all they had was fried rice and chow mein and orange chicken just because they didn’t wanna make all the food , and I ask for a bowl of chow mein and rice and they gave me a small mixed together because they didn’t wanna make it enough for a bowl .

Went into store 1223 on 75th and Lower Buckeye in PHX. Drive thru ordered a bowl and an entree plate. I already had to park in front and wait for chow mein. Panda gets cheaper and cheaper every time I go there !!!! With these baby scoops of food portions ! The store Management is very poor and in need of corporate training. I was a drive thru order at 5pm. I ordered a bowl with chow mein and teriyaki chicken. The employee told me it would be over 10 minutes and I kindly agreed that we would wait. She then told me about others before me that were not ok with waiting and gave her a hard time and I assured her we were more understanding and appreciated her efforts.she told me to drive around and they will bring the order out when it was ready. After 15 minutes I went into the store and showed them my receipt and she said they had to make chow mein I noticed the cook not doing anything and this was causing the delay because he was not properly trained. This store needs immediate attention before someone gets sick from under cooked food.
