Even though this is a relatively newer location, they’ve already stopped caring. When they first opened it was great. This last visit the chow me in has way to much cabbage and vegetables. They really skimped on portion sizes. My sweet Fire chicken had lots more pineapple than chicken. We bought a kids meal and even though the menu board said they get a cookie, they gave us apple crisps. When we went up to exchange it, they said cookie is not an option. Also on further inspection of the receipt, we realized they upcharged us for one of the entrees even though we didn’t get any of the upcharge items. Even though they had 8+ employees in the back and a table full of management in the lobby, service was slow and we had to wait for food to cook, and the restaurant was not busy. Also in my experience, they are pretty bad with their drive thru and order ahead. Prepare for a longer than anticipated wait and check to make sure you have all your food and it’s correct.

Complete rip-off for $9 plates, chow mein mostly had cabbage, all of my orange chicken was like the scraps of pieces with barely chicken in it. Next time I’ll drive farther for a better experience. Very small plates poor execution of cooking, it was still more than an hour before they closed. Wish I read the other reviews before coming back here.

We came to the store around 8:30 PM and the drive-through person started to explain what they didn’t have instead of us greeting us and taking our order. We ordered and paid and when we got our food some of it was cold and old. He tried to reach out through social media about this experience with no resolution and even tried calling and emailing. They were open until 10 and they were starting to clean up at 8:30 and they locked the door. This is a new store for a Panda and it is a disaster. You would risk getting sick if you eat here. The women were laughing and goofing off.

8 employees, standing around. I’m told by the lone one on the service line busy with one customer to wait, 3 minutes later none of the rest can be bothered to step up? Since when have you had to weigh the serving?

Don’t ever order online. They will schedule it 40 minutes out. Came in and watched 4-5 people get their food before they even received my order in the system to make. Waste of time. I was asking for a refund 30 minutes into waiting. Completely besides the point of saving time
