This girl, Lilly is excellent but everyone else just sit there and doesn’t help as much. One of her managers, Delbert was really rude and he yells at her for doing her job. Lilly needs a raise. Or else I will get you big bosses phone number and tell him what is going on. She deserves more respect and help.

Don’t even try to order from the drive thru if you don’t want your food to be the worst you’ve ever been served. burnt, dry, ugly in general. literally 90% onion and cabbage. what a shame. 9.27.21 Ordered double broccoli beef, broccolis so old it’s yellow and tastes off/sweet, in two servings of broccoli beef I received 3 pieces of steak. The double drive through is never open, even during rush hour, and it takes 9-10+ minutes for anyone to take an order because they’re helping customers inside.

The food is served in small portions. I have consistently bought their food for several months to see what it is like on average during slow or busy days. Approximately 75% of my visits I have been served over cooked, dry, and greasy food. Most of the workers perform sub standard to minimal requirements for customer service. I would not recommend this location. Today they gave me a small portion of chow mein. It was dry, hardly any vegetables and greasy. I can usually expect bad food, bad customer service, and over priced menu options.

The food was great. I ordered online, arrived on time, had to wait 30 minutes for my order to be made. I was one of three waiting and it would have been much faster to just go through the short line. Food was good, just sub-par service.

love this place it is literally heaven for every single tastebuds in my body, including the ones that aren’t in my mouth. The only disappointment is that none of the panda expresses I’ve been to have a panda petting zoo, or even just a panda in general, I voiced this opinion to one of the workers one time and they said they did and then pointed to the panda on there logo. That worker must not understand that the joys of panda cuteness can not be expressed in any 2D way, we need to have panda interaction, it is a necessity to the human survival, more necessary than the food itself.
