I ordered Panda Express as a delivery to my home. I ordered a plate and got chow mein and NO double orange chicken at all. Not one piece of meat. I tried calling in to get this resolved 5 times in a row. Seems like they are sleeping over there because they can’t get anything right. Answer your phone you lousy workers.

Stopped in for some string bean and chicken. The kitchen bar was lacking some main items. String bean and chicken was one of them. You can see by the pictures I have attached. The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Dylan checked in on me as I was waiting for my order to be cooked. The restaurant is clean and modern. So my 3stars come from the lack of available food at 815pm and having to wait for it. I also notice the carton holder has shrink in size. I really think this is bad management. In China meat or protein comes at a premium. However the Chinese serve lots of vegetables and I would love to see a restaurant offer more vegetables with the dinners and less carbs(rice, noodles). Then give the customers the choice if they want small amounts of protein or order up more and pay the difference. They charge by the gram in other countries. I know the more vegetables would make Americans healthier.

I ate here this afternoon. I ordered a bigger plate with double orange chicken, fried rice and a side of Beijing beef. When I started to eat it I noticed an almost chemical like taste. I tried to call the restaurant several times. Within 10 minutes of leaving the restaurant, nobody answered and I called multiple times. I drove back to the store and the manager Shane told me she couldn’t give me a refund even though all my food was there minus 3 bites. One from each item. I even had another person try it to make sure it wasn’t just me. I presented my receipt, card I used for payment and she still said no. She said I could have it remade but I’m worried about chemicals not cold food. She said she didn’t have a way to help me other than giving me a buy one panda bowl get one free coupon. I was very upset and left. I do NOT recommend this location.

The food we got was good but the order was all messed up. We were over charged. We got oodles of sweet and sour sauce which was not ordered , no soy sauce and no teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken???? It wasn’t the best experience. Perhaps we will just skip the drive-thru. Pro tip: “Drive thru at your own risk”

I always love going to Panda when I’m trying to get the kids away from burgers and fries. They love using the chop sticks. My daughter loves the breaded shrimp. I am a Beijing beef guy. But we agree on the noodles instead of the rice.

First time at this location and I approve, haha. Always a great food to eat and my daughter and I eat panda on weekly basis. This location was great service, food tasted great and the setting was perfect, just off the freeway, plenty of seating and plenty of natural light, drive through included.

Don’t listen at all. Gave me something I was highly allergic to and when I told the girl she ignored me. She was so concerned about finding the receipt which I handed directly to her. No manager on duty to help. A guy wanted a refund and she said I can’t do that because they don’t have a manager. Finally got my food took a bite and threw it away because it was absolutely disgusting. If you want panda try a different location so you don’t get ignored and have your allergies ignored.

They left something out of my order last night. I forgot to check the bag after I grabbed it, got home and called the wrong store by accident. Didn’t find the last part out until today. They still gave me what the manager at another store promised. They made things right, appreciate the employees here.

Went to eat here today at 11:13 am. The doors said they opened at 11:00 am, but the doors were locked. The workers inside looked right at me, and then looked away. After a few minutes, a young woman unlocked the other set of doors first, then came to the doors where I was standing waiting and unlocked them. She walked away after unlocking them without acknowledging me in any way, or simply opening the door and welcoming me in. I was standing there with a broken foot in a walking boot, and she wouldn’t even hold the door open for me. I went inside and walked to the counter to order, and her rude behavior just continued. I was literally the only customer, arrived for lunch during open hours, the doors were still locked, and she treated me as if I were a huge inconvenience. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been so rudely treated at any restaurant. I finally calmly told her “I don’t think you want me here, so I’m going to leave.” And I left. I’ve been a loyal customer of this particular Panda Express for years, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
