The food LOOKS appetizing but honestly it’s trash. I remember PE used to be SO good and affordable, but it has become expensive and gross. I love Chinese food but PE just isn’t it. Not sure if they changed recipes or collectively stopped caring about quality, but truly all I taste from here is chemicals and artificial flavors. I won’t ever return, especially when there are take-out places where it costs the same amount of money for WAY better food.

Have ordered from this location multiple times and every time I do mobile they screw me over on one thing or another. This is the most egregious, I ordered broccoli beef and there is barely a table spoon of beef to 8 giant pieces of under cooked broccoli.

Selena(?) took our order at the drive thru, we used the mobile app, she rudely said she didn’t want to “have to take the time to figure out the points because we’re on a timer. You can come in to order” even though we had it all lined up already and we have a baby in the car who needed the water for a bottle she also was agitated at the window and acted like we did her the greatest disservice cos she handed us the wrong sauce, after that she just slid the drive through window. No response to our “thank you” or anything. She doesn’t owe us anything but honestly… Have a better attitude or if you’re having a bad day, you don’t have to be rude to the customer and try to inconvenience them.. just walk away and take breather, it might inconvenience a coworker but it wouldn’t impact your quality of service like this incident. Caring more about your timer than your customer 45 minutes before you close is not the hill to be on.

My son loves Panda (only reason we keep coming here) but every time we come here there is something wrong with our order or the food. Tonight wad no different. We ordered 2 orders of the cream cheese Rangoons and 3 of them had no filling, 2 of which looked pretty much like chips. I wonder if the Management at this store just simply does not care about the quality standards of this store anymore.

This restaurant is becoming a major source of irritation. The food is routinely running low and the service is rude and bad. Tonight they ran out of my selection and actually tried to fill the container with all beans and NO chicken. I complained and they said they would have more in a few minutes, so I decided to wait for it. After about 20 minutes, it never came, so I asked for a refund of the extra money I had been charged for the 2 item dinner. The clerk/manager actually said that she could not issue a refund, that, even though my wife and I were all done eating, I would have to take the food and stated again that she would not issue a refund. Yah, I had to be very direct with her, but she finally issued a refund.

This one in particular is very good at what they do. The manager was very friendly which is hard because I talk a lot lol. They on top of getting there orders out and making sure I got what I paid for with full sides and happy to change something if need to.
