Super clean lobby and friendly staff. We came just before they closed and never felt rushed to leave. We were new in town and weren’t prepared for the early closing throughout Twin Falls. Super appreciate the staff for keeping the doors open. Moreover, Sachi was very welcoming. She gave us suggestions of where to visit and hike throughout Twin Falls.

Ordered on the app which was great because the drive thru is always a disaster. Three stars because my order was missing items from kids meal and was a couple minutes past the expected pick-up time. Also, I ordered the new meat free orange chicken because the app wouldn’t let me select the normal orange chicken which wasn’t bad but would have preferred the original orange chicken especially in a kids meal. Don’t go inside this place at supper time. Very noisy and confusing. Poor service.. They put all their resources to keep the drive-thru line moving and the young woman taking rice/entree orders seemed overwhelmed and wasn’t getting much help. With all the confusion and pressure to keep the line moving, she screwed my order up.

The service from this Panda Express has been the worse. The amount of times they have messed up on orders is insane. They now don’t have teriyaki and just give packets which taste terrible when cold. Just try to avoid this Panda Express if possible. There is a reason why they have so many 1 star reviews. Went through the drive-thru today and sat for a long time. I’m pretty sure the problem is just keeping bad management.

You know what you’re going to get with Panda Express. It’s pretty tasty for fast Asian food. I’ve eaten there many times over the years and there might have only been one time where I was frustrated with them being when I was a door dash driver, but not at this location. The Twin Falls location has always been pretty consistent with the service being prompt, the staff being friendly and professional and the food tasting good. Most recent I had the chow mein with Beijing beef and honey walnut shrimp. Even for a fat dude like myself that was enough food and for the $11.50 it costed it’ll last me through the night. I appreciate fast food workers and you should too! Thank you for working.

Unfortunately the lobby was closed tonight due to them being short staffed. Went through the drive through and the car in front of us was having to yell at the speaker so the staff could take his order witch was rather interesting in a funny way. We got got our order placed and had to wait about 15 min for our order. The food overall was good the service wasn’t to bad.

I went to the drive-thru and placed my order for the teriyaki chicken. I requested teriyaki sauce on the side. The person who took my order told me to remind the person at the window that I wanted teriyaki sauce. When I got to the window I was asked if I wanted any sauces. I responded I would like teriyaki sauce on the side. I was handed my bag of food. When I got home 25 miles away in Wendell, guess what I did not have. Panda Express has gone downhill since they came to twin falls. Very very disappointed in the service again
