Needed a quick late night dinner and Nathan knocked it out of the park. He was a very enthusiastic drive-thru cashier. The food was hot and ready when we got to the window. He was so proud to tell us how this Panda Express is rated so highly among others. The world needs more people like Nathan and Panda Express should be happy to have him! I have ordered from this Panda twice and both times I have had to send a complaint to Door dash about their service. I honestly thought maybe it was a fluke the first time, bad day. So I decided to give it a second shot. Today’s order was even worse than the first. My bowl was literally half full. With one spoon of entree. No peppers or onions in it either. No sou sauce or sweet and sour for the Rangoons either. I’m so disappointed in this location. Not making the Panda chain look good at all. It’s a shame because every other location does soo well.

This location has always done a wonderful job and it’s my favorite fast food on earth so I give the 5 star. The problem I have tho is today I waited 10 minutes to get my food and it was wrong… I didn’t want to be that guy and have them redo it but I just wanted to say please try to get it right and less of a wait time. It’s 4:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. Thank you for the great food tho I’m just enjoying what I was given. Oh p.s. one or two packets of soy sauce with each meal should be a must… I always forget to ask lol.

This is a review of all of the Panda Express locations in Colorado Springs. I love this place for its consistent food quality & portions. Whether I order from the one in the Citadel Mall, the one on Powers Blvd or the one on Woodmen Rd, I can count on the same flavors every time. I almost always get it “to go” thru the ordering app. It’s because I order for our whole family & we like to eat the food elsewhere.

Wish I knew what was going on. Sat in the drive through well before closing for at least 5 mins. Drove past the pick up window to see them crew just hanging out with no headsets. If you are going to close you drive though early you should post it. Not the first time this has happened.

I placed two entrees orders and 2 egg rolls orders, so I should have received 4 egg rolls. Instead, I got only 3 egg rolls very well wrapped in paper bag. Next time I will need on explanation, if there is a next time.

So I love Panda Express and I love the food from this particular location. However, they are never consistent with the amount in which you are supposed to get. The plate I am home is my husbands and mine is the one where I placed all the chicken I received, and that is supposed to be 2 servings. I normally never complain about stuff like this but it has started to be a trend at this location. I really wish they would work on this!

Ordered 30 minutes ahead of time. Got there 10 minutes late and had to wait in line to tell them they needed to make my online order, and got short changed on sides and some of the entrées. It would be one thing if this hadn’t happened before, but it happens every time I order from this location.
