Don’t bother ordering from here. 7 calls an no answer after they said no extra sweet and sour sauce for Crab Wantons. Uber Eats girl said she asked and they said no. So end result is 2 ketchup size packet size sweet and sour and yet another bad review.

I’m not a rude person, but one of the employee was at the start with others getting food packed. I usually wait until that person greed so at least I know your ready to take my order. but this worker was standing looking around and looked at me and looked at her.. and like I said I usually wait until they greed because I don’t know if she ready to take my order.. soo i guess we play the stearing contest.. I stared until she Said something.. not so hard to he like Hi how may I help you? Simple.. she spoke English so there is no excuses lol

Order food to be ready at 3:45 and I had ordered it 3 hours ahead of time to make sure I wouldn’t have to wait. 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up I finally received my food. With not even a sorry for the delay offered. Don’t order ahead of time from this place unless you are prepared to wait way past your pick up time!!!!!!!

Came today 8/19/2023 thru drive thru at 10:15 and I was told they didn’t have anything ready I had to go inside and order food and still wait 45 minutes for my food when it’s supposed to open at 9:30 drive thru

This place is a joke no kidding, two cars on the drive thru and still 5 minutes for someone to try and get your order and when someone finally answer the wait for rice it’s 10 min, what?.?.? Finally I choose something else, I get my order after 10 more minutes I get to my office and no egg roll (that I was charged for) I feel bad for the owner of this place, putying their assets on employees that don’t care at all, not coming back here ever.

Dirty tables which I only noticed because I had to wait 20 minutes for my (online) scheduled pickup order. Like i would have gotten my food faster if I ordered in person I got there in person since apparently online orders don’t matter to the staff. And you can’t tell me that is a sanitary kitchen

What’s the point of ordering ahead if you have to wait a half hour past the point of pickup? I would have got my food faster if I would have came in and ordered. It’s not lack of staff either because they have 7 people working here running into one another. As you can see in the photo there is no one in line and it still took a half hour past the time of pickup.
