The restaurant was very clean as well as the restrooms. No one acknowledges you when you walk in or stand there right in front of them until they are ready. I find this really rude. The friend rice was great. They had very few options since half of the bowls were empty. Not sure why it wasn’t ready because they had plenty of space people working there. The egg roll was burnt and the orange chicken was hard. Overall disappointing.

We love Panda Express, and the food here is great, but it is a bit of a dump. Both tea were out of service. No napkins. While it was the end of the lunch rush, they were taking their time restocking. Friendly enough service and, again, great food, but compared to other Panda Express we have been to, I can’t possibly give this place more than three stars. It would be an insult to the others.

Ladies were kinda rude and not engaged when I was trying to order. Then when I went to go pay for my food I ask for some sweet and sour sauce with my Crab wagons. And she interrupted me and said “yea” and I still didn’t even get my sauce. Like who eats crab wagoons with out sweet and sour sauce? And what panda express employee doesn’t offer it? Then as she hands me my food I say thank you and she didn’t say a word and just looked away while kinda rolling her eyes. Terrible customer service. You guys need better employees.

If you’re trying to place a mobile order in attempt to save time, save yourself the frustration. I placed my mobile order at 4:21 and was told it would be ready by 4:30. I got to the restaurant and watched as every person there placed their order and got their food. The restaurant was not busy and they waited until 4:37 to even start my order. Food is fine just go inside and maybe lower your expectations for a smiling face upon your arrival.

What does it tell you about this place with all these bad reviews that the management/owners have not responded to say they are sorry!! I ordered online and walked in to pick up my order. This lady was busy serving dine-in customers so I walked up to the cash register and asked the guy for my order. The lady handed him this styrofoam container that was sitting on the counter. He worked in slow motion, bagged a really dry nearly burnt egg roll, then stood there not sure what to do next. He finally grabbed a plastic bag and struggled to get the food box into it, tipping it. I had requested utensils and napkins. I had to ask for these. So, he turns around and grabs a bunch of napkins one at a time from a dispenser and threw the crumpled pile in the bag and tossed in a plastic fork that wasn’t even packaged!! After I drove off to stop nearby and eat, I pulled out the fork. It had a tine broken off!!! He gave me a broken fork! Most places give you a set of utensils in a little pkg or wrapped in a napkin. The two entrees of the plate meal were all tossed together. The food was nearly cold. I tried to choke down the very dry fried rice and terrible tasting entrees, the eggroll was hard and inedible. I ended up nauseous and threw most of it away. What a waste of my money at these high prices. I am going to complain to the owner. It is unacceptable that they don’t respond and try to satisfy customers.

Worst dining experience of my life. You can look my name up “Mandeezy fosheezy” is what my dash order comes under I’ve eating and ordered here quite a few times within the past month or so every time being more disappointed than the last. Panda Express use to be my favorite and keeping giving the benefit of the doubt but I’m truly just so saddened by the quality of food. I ordered a plate meal today with “orange chicken” completely inedible with crab Rangoon tasted so disturbingly old it ruined my whole appetite. Today is my only day off of work I wanted to be able to stay home and order in and now having to make a trip to the store so I can cook something myself . Only frustrating enough to leave a rating and review over because with how high prices are these days I just expect the quality to be a little higher as well. Also I ordered EARLY thing I would have fresh food thank you for letting me down once again.

Just purchased dish and grilled teriyaki chicken meat was terrible fat, so disappointed because it is first time after 18 years eating here food and never had any complaints or issues.teriyaki sauce not included and this is second time. What’s going on on quality of food there? Manager? Chef? Cleaning place should be better and service. You have to repair several times one order and that’s not going anywhere for future business, right!! So the owner and “panda” name and reputation going down to toilet because of people are not good trained? For some are only job and they are not much happy but for some it’s served others.

We arrived 30mins before closing with no food. Kayla the manager told us they weren’t making any more food 30mins before closed. I’ve worked many places and if you’re not closed then you make the food. That’s just horrible customer service and business practices. This is the 2nd time we’ve had this happen. Guess they don’t want our business so they won’t ever again.
