I eat Panda regularly and love it. I think you get a lot of value for what you pay. They are chronically understaffed, but I can’t hold them responsible for that. They maintain a friendly demeanor, and food quality doesn’t suffer.

I’d been this place hundred times but my last visit I wasn’t happy less food and uncooked fried rice. I ordered Beijing beef and I had only 5pcs in my plate. A new guy who helped me hope he will train how the way they scoop the foods.

I love panda Expres even some time make me sick, probably how they cook some dishes, my favorite are Shrimp walnut, nudle, mashroom and chicken, the most problems of this place are the service, most the time it’s hard to find a good and helpful employee, WHY it’s to hard be nice and make confort the costumer, my friend ask for a sample the employee without say nothing continue and ignore us, with another customer forget an order he give to them and have to tell again all the dishes, they have to take care more to the customer and be more gentle, but the food most the time are good and taste too bad for the service.

I’m not sure of the names of the 4 gentlemen working on Friday 11/11 at 12:20 pm but the owner shown be EXTREMELY GRATEFUL AND PROUD! My mom and I sat down for lunch and the line inside and the drive thru has been NONE STOP and these gentlemen have an amazing system that is getting the job done fast and smooth. I’d definitely hire them if I had had a restaurant at whatever the going price was because this was amazing to see with only 4 people. Not one person had a nasty attitude or anything! Amazing job!

This is a pretty standard pen express. The food is consistent with all of the panda expresses. This location is fairly clean. I was not particularly impressed with the staff. However nothing bad occurred.

I usually don’t like to complain. But me and my coworkers have came here a few times. Usually the staff is friendly. But yesterday i went through the drive through and whoever the blonde girl working was was incredibly rude. And their rice is almost always crunchy.

Usually is not bad, meets expectations and is nothing special to negatively note. The staff in there is really nice and pleasant. They unfortunately today only had one person working the line during peak lunch hour so even though I was the 5th party in line when I walked in it took 45 minutes to get in and out. I do want to specify, this is NOT anyone working today who is to blame. The 2 gentleman in there are rockstars and working as efficiently as possible while politely addressing the long wait also thanking people for their patience. I wondered where the general, regional, or other managers were when I saw this? That is who needs to step in when there is ZERO coverage. It is not fair to your employees to have them stressed out dealing with work that should be spread between 5 people. If you can only have one cook and one person on the line just temporarily close for the day. By the time I realized how long it was taking I was already committed and would have restarted the wait anywhere else had I left to go to another place. Ultimately though was super bummed I chose to go there today which is not usually the case. My typical experience I would rate a 4… just not today.

Ordered bunch of egg rolls because usually they come in paper envelope, but this time they put the hot eggrolls in styrofoam and the Styrofoam melted some to it, had to throw. What on earth they think it’s OK for consumer to eat melted styroam even if it’s little. Edit: order it at store rather than via app, they put them in paper as they should be.

Generally pretty decent in the store, depending on who you get. Placed an online order rather than going in, since I saw they always got priority over people in the store.

I love that we got a drive-thru Panda, and while the drive thru can be slow, it’s usually worth it. but Alexis working the drive thru at noon today needs to pay better attention to both the customers and what she’s doing. She went to hand me my lemonade and let go before I had really grabbed it and it dropped onto the window and opened into my lap. When I looked up she had walked away to run my card and I’m not sure she even noticed what had happened. I was in tears when she returned and asked for napkins, which she handed me a small stack of, and then left the window again. I drove off crying, devastated because I figured my favorite pair of shorts was totally ruined, only to discover the little that was left in the cup was water! Thankfully my car and I are not a sticky mess but it could have meant a total detail for me and I paid for a Large drink that was A) water and B) spilled all over me. I’m not usually one to complain but the fact that she did nothing to help the situation was ridiculous.
