Ordered a bowl from this store and it’s barely half full. Spent almost $28 for two bowls that are filled the same. Not worth going to this location to waste money. I don’t recommend. Also, ordered a drink and they almost didn’t give it to me. Went through the drive thru and didn’t get utensils either. Had to back up and ask for them.

We placed a to go order online. The bag is sealed off so you cannot check your orders. Get all of the way home to find half of a plate missing. We call the store and their only solution is you can drive all the way back or bring in your receipt next time for a free meal. Listen this is not fine dining, we get that but you inability in this day age to either refund just the meal or have the meal delivered is absurd. I also realize that things happen but it’s just insane.

Had to grab some fast dinner late last night and stopped at the south broadway panda. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly and our food tasted fresh. My pickiest eater said it was the best PandaExpress she’d ever had and I agree. Thanks for the fast friendly service and crispy fresh food!

Specifically asked for sweet & sour sauce, not in the bag, asked for chopsticks, again, not there. The egg rolls we got were burnt, there was a piece of something on my wife’s food, and we had to wait almost 10 minutes(in the drive through) for our food. Chick at the window was kinda rude and disrespectful. Will not go back to this location.

First time and last time I’ll ever come here. The food tasted bland. Fried rice was very stale, chicken felt chewy, my lo mein had more Onions and greens than any noodles. Orange chicken was salty. Couldn’t eat it at all, had to throw it away.

Every time I come in here there are empty dishes and they don’t start making them until u try to order. Bad way to do business unless it’s like the last 30 mins. It’s the middle of the day. They are always arguing with me about the rewards app. The drive thru has priority no matter how long you have been standing there waiting to order. The fountain drinks are really bad. Portions are terrible. It seems like they have plenty of employees but I’m always waiting several minutes to have my order taken or to pay. They know people will always come because it’s panda so they don’t put in any effort.

I have gone to this location for years and always been pleased with the food and service. Unfortunately, something changed in the last month or so and the last 2 visits have been seriously disappointing. If you expect the fairly generous portion sizes every other Panda Express provides, expect to be disappointed. Expect to pay the same price and receive half the portion for entrees. This was by far the best Panda location in Denver and now unfortunately, I think I will have to go elsewhere. What a bummer, I hope they figure this out but I don’t think I will be back.

This is the slowest, most frustrating Panda “Express” in the world. The inside line, the drive thru line, and the mobile pickup lines routinely get way out of control, the staff is always seemingly in a state of confusion and being overwhelmed. It is rarely worth the time it takes to get the garbage food served here.
