Went through the drive thru and got very small portions of the entrees. One piece of beef with the broccoli beef and three pieces of orange chicken mixed in with pieces that were just breading. This panda has been getting increasingly stingy with the portioning. I well not be returning.

I have a 4 year old son who is autistic. He absolutely lives coming here. It’s quiet and calm but the staff is unbelievably kind to him. They go above and beyond and he loves it here because of their kindness.

I gave them a star because I HAD too. The manager or whatever he is Jack is very rude. I ordered honey sesame chicken but the chicken was dried out. I asked was it fresh when I was ordering because it looked dry and old. Jack tells me it just came up and walked away. He walked past me twice. Didn’t take my order or ask if I was ready. Eventually a guy asked if I’ve been helped. When I asked them to replace the chicken with the fresh one that I could’ve waited for. Jack proceeds to argue with me about the chicken I had being fresh when I clearly couldn’t chew it. Moral of the story is when I was in customer service I was taught not to argue with a customer. Whoever the manager there needs to check Jack.

Completely out of 98% of food. Stood there for 5 minutes with not one person acknowledging me… 2 workers doing stuff one stood there and starred while she sipped her drink, pretty sure it was the manager too…. the worker tells me they close at 8 ….. I’m here at 715, and you have no food. You are open for 45 minutes…. thus place is a joke and so are the employees. But then Google says open until 730 regardless 730 or 8 , you are open and you should have enough food to serve until you actually close. I’ve worked in plenty restaurants and have cooked $200 orders of pizza 12 minutes before we closed, why because someone came in while we were open and we serve food so I did my job..

Tried to place an online order for pick 45 minutes before close, not accepting online orders. Drive over and sat in drive thru for 5 minutes without moving, thought I’d just walk into the dining room. I only need 1 box of chow mein. It’s 6:50 and the entire dining room is closed, although the door says it closes at 7:30. Tables and chairs are all stacked. When back to drive thru and ended up just leaving.

Normally I would order at this Panda Express and driving from Boulder because it was better than all of the other locations. However, now I couldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Most of the food wasn’t ready and needed a wait to be able to be prepared, I couldn’t ask for any extra chopsticks for the other people in my party because it was only “1 per meal” a policy I have literally never heard before at this location. All of the entrees and the chow mein was under seasoned, and it was truly disappointing. The management here has totally failed to uphold the standards that this location had even a month ago. I’m not difficult to please, but this location under-delivered on every possible criteria. If this is under New Management, fire the manager.
