New to Midland and this location has been by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. They had 8-10 employees working when I went and only one of them was serving both drive through and dine in orders! The food was awful, had no flavor. I was questioning whether I was even having Panda Express. Lastly, they were out of napkins!

I thought my bag felt light when I received my Grub Hub order…. this is the worst I’ve ever had Panda Express and I am very disappointed that they are treating Grub Hub orders with such poor quality. I ordered Chow Mein with beef broccoli and kung pow chicken. There were 5 pieces of undercooked broccoli that tastes like dirt and 1 large chunk that looks to be fat of beef and that’s it. The chow mein is cold and overall the plate is light compared to what I would receive had I eaten inside the restaurant.

They charged with honey shrimp I don’t have a shrimp in my food. First time to go there very poor customer service.

I called to place an order 6 different times because the online service was not working at all. Nobody answered the phone and it rang until it got to voicemail each time. Now I am at work hungry and now irritated because I was not able to get my favorite meal. Thanks so much for the great service.

Food was hot and fresh but takes a little while to order depending on time of day. Once you order you get your food quickly

I work for one of those online delivery services. I watched dozens of people walk in or go through the drive through, in and out within a few minutes, while I am still waiting for the online order to be ready for delivery about 40 minutes later. Online orders should not be a lower priority than in person orders. Even a customer who ordered for himself and came to pick up had been kept waiting at least 20 minutes.

Very disappointed in this restaurant. I love the food. However, they have made the portions smaller in a smaller box but have raised their prices. Honey walnut shrimp is what always get with the teriyaki chicken. The shrimp used to be large but now they are very small. They hardly ever have the teriyaki chicken. The lady at the drive thru was a bit rude and didn’t want to be bothered. I enjoy the food but the restaurant has definitely gone down hill.

I’m frustrated to say the least. I’ve been wanting some Panda Express lately as it sounded great. Yet I can’t seem to get any. Yesterday I went by the drive through, after waiting for a long period of time and beginning to lose hope the vehicles start to move. Finally my turn and they tell me the drive through is closed and only the inside is available. I was upset for sure. I had a car full of kids, no chance I was going inside. So Today I decide I’m going to call ahead so I don’t get there and get upset again. It rings and rings then prompted to nobody answering it hangs up. I call again. Someone finally picks up. I ask if the drive through is open today and they say they are completely closed today…..it’s a Saturday. I just simply said Ok and hung up. I’ve tried, like I have really tried with this location but what the heck is going on here? First time, wrong food was given and had to drive back for the correct order. Second time, missed items and out of sauce for the Rangoons. I mean something seriously needs fixed here.

Terrible service. Workers are rude and the food mediocre. Today we ordered our food and got to the register only then to be smugly told they didn’t have anything to drink. Coke machine was not working. They didn’t tell us this before we ordered.

A lot of people were waiting for their online order around 1:30 when I went in today. It was strange to me that a Mgr didn’t jump in and get those orders fixed ASAP. Funny thing is, same thing happened to me a while back, and I haven’t ordered online since.
