Unfortunately this was a less than appealing visit to Panda Express. The employee that served us was kind and efficient, but we were disappointed in the serving size that we received. So little meat for the price. Lots and lots of rice, but hardly any entree.

Went through the drive-thru, Woman who gave me my food was rude, I asked For teriyaki sauce (because it goes with the teriyaki chicken) she rolled her eyes at me and yanked the bag back through the window. After she handed it to me again she said nothing and shut the window again. I get Back to work and my plate with chowmein is practically all vegetables. Probably won’t come back to this location.

The worst Panda Express in town!!! The kids that work in the restaurant are incompetent and the servings are way too small for the amount of money they charge. They are always out of half the menu. They were out of Beijing beef which is the only reason I even go but I settled for broccoli beef. Opened the overpriced plate only to find two small strips of beef in it. Nothing but broccoli for this entree. I’m don’t even know why this location is still open. I’ve given it many chances but this is the last time I give my money to this place!! Save your money!

Got some food through the drive through, worker was extremely rude and wouldnt stop interrupting. When I got home I took a bite and had a hair in my food and the chicken was still cold. When I called the store they had me on hold for over ten minutes and didnt even say a single thing.

I ordered the black peppered chicken and barely got any meat. All veggies and they were raw. We ordered the wontons and they were half burned with the filling mostly out. We love panda express but we won’t be back to this location.

Either the manager or crew member was on the phone one time we seen him rubbing his teeth with a paper towel and not wash his hands the other time he straight up touched the food with out any gloves or utensils walked in lobby was a wreak and trashes are not being taken care of I didn’t go in the restrooms bc of how disgusting it was tells you how much of a mess this place is

Seems like portions got smaller and the orange chicken didn’t taste the same. But just might have been that day usually its really good and the portions are huge . But I also usually drive thru not dine in. But it’s cool reasonable price.

I waited an hour for an online order and that I never got. I kept asking them about my order and they said they were working on it. Then, they tell me they’re out of mushrooms and asked me to pick another entree. I picked another and they said it’d be about five minutes. After an hour of waiting, I asked them to cancel my order and the guy I spoke with said I’d have to email the company and go through them. This was my first time there and my last.

Please tell me what’s so hard about making sure the right customer gets the right food, they gave my family’s order to 2 girls just because they flashed a receipt… can I make a suggestion? Check the receipt!!! The guy handling our order was rather nice about it but once my family and I started talking about just getting a refund his manager stepped in saying they can’t offer refunds. Our order ended up still being wrong with items missing. Sadly even with part of the order being made fresh the entire order was received cold. I will NEVER return to this location again.
