Not only does the meat taste freezer burnt/old. They are stingy with the meat, and depending on the staff rude. They messed up on one order 3 times. Each time it just continuously got worse, to the point we no longer even go there. Orange chicken tasted so off I spit it out almost as soon as it hit my tongue, they fixed it by just trying to cover the sour smell with more sauce. And if you want black pepper chicken make sure to ask for Some actual chicken instead of a bowl of onions & celery.

Well where do I start, waited a long time on line when it looks like they are fully staffed. When some of them are just busy flirting with co workers that come in to hang out. The food was Luke warm, did not feel welcome when ordering almost felt as I was interrupting. The cheese rangoons were so old the cheese was hard, and to top it all off had to ask for sauce or any utensils. The display tv set sideways is definitely not professional either, dirty and disorganized

I asked for my bowl to be put in an paper ala cart box , to avoid the excessive plastic, and was told that they can’t to that. Y’all have been doing this for me since you opened…. I recommend y’all to other people who care about plastic waste specifically for this reason*** People can avoid plastic cutlery with the chopsticks and avoid the container with the box. To have to have someone over explain why she can’t- when it’s not rocket science to get the portions equal- in the drive through is such bad customer service.

1st time eating at any Panda Express. I got through walnut shrimp and lo mien. Hubby got peppered Angus . Both were exceptional. Place was quiet. We actually ate inside instead of retreating to car as usual. I will return. Staff that helped me was a complete doll.

If you live in Marble Falls, you know that our Panda Express has had trouble. We’ve been stopped going for about a year because they were constantly out of items, wouldn’t answer the phone, got our order wrong, close the drive-through, just a lot of problems in general. Last night I ordered online around 6:40. And it said it would be ready at 7. So I went up there at 7, and went inside. There was an EXTREMELY long line, but it was moving quickly. I just went and sat by the register watching the employees work. I wasn’t in a particular hurry. They were moving efficiently and with great customer service. I’d been waiting about 5 mins before a sweet young lady asked my name. They were running orders out the doors to people waiting. She was attentive and polite. Roughly 5 mins after that a couple started a little tantrum about there being no white rice. I immediately stood up because they were starring to berate the young girl like she was personally responsible. Taylor, the new manager handled the interaction with such poise and grace, I was blown away. She diffused the situation and the couple left but in a much better mood. I wanted to give such praise to the team that was working Thursday 3/30/23, especially Taylor!! Our food was fresh and hot, and the service was exemplary.

They have very good food. I was there to pick up my free order because they had screwed up my order the prior week. I usually order the 3 entrée plate because I can make two meals out of it. What I ordered and what I took home did not even resemble the same thing. They were not even very busy. I did not even get 3 entrées. I got 2 and a spoonful of something that had mushrooms in it. Anyway, when I returned to pick up my correct order, I explained that I had spoken with the manager and she was going to make everything right. I was very pleased when I got home and found my Orange Chicken(they have the best), Kung Pao Chicken, and Mushroom Chicken. I love Panda Express!

Very disappointed! I love panda but NOT the marble falls location! I ordered chow mein with all my plates and it was straight veggies w/ barely any noodles! Why even serve this to customers we wanted noodles not a side of cabbage.. I come to this location thinking things will change… negative..

That are out of almost everything on the menu at 7:45 pm. Seemed put out when I asked if they were going to be replenishing the entree’s. They stay open til 9 pm. Wouldn’t you keep cooking at least another 30 minutes?
