regularly rely on the family pack for weekly meal planning. most PEs I’ve visited will pack the to-go boxes full, sometimes stuffed. servers at this location will underfill to-go boxes, and object to being called out on the issue. I’ve lots of other locations and food choices, and will be doing so going forward. And no receipt today.

Unfortunately the service was better than the food. I ordered two kids meals, low main with orange chicken and beef and broccoli with rice, I also got a bowl of peppers and stake with rice. The rice was a bit undercooked, low main was cooked perfectly, peppers & stake- meat was a bit too chewy. Out of 3 things that I got the best for me was beef & broccoli

Wife gave me a $10 gift card so I thought what the heck. Well, drove up and placed an order for a Bowl with Black Pepper Angus Steak. I was told it would take 5-10 minutes to prepare; would I like to wait. 10 minutes seemed long but I was fine with waiting 10 minutes at a fast food restaurant chain (kinda). I was then told to pull into the drive through parking area (designated signs so obviously this happens pretty frequently and someone had already hit one of the signs). It’s a relatively new location. 15 minutes later, I walk in, hand my receipt to the person at the register and ask for my food. She immediately takes the receipt and fills the order. I ask why I was told to wait outside for 20 minutes when I could have just came in and been out in less than 5m. She said they had to cook the steak. I told her she just filled the order with the steak from that bowl (pointing at it) and it doesn’t look to be fresh off the grill. Anyway, that’s all I have. 5 small pieces of meat (i guess) and the rest of undercooked rice.

OK, so this is DEFINITELY not the same as (say) the one on 1431 and 183. The chow mein was completely lacking noodles… mostly just cabbage and onions. And (which is typical) of PE, the meat was also full of onions, so they just don’t put much meat in the entrees. We ordered rangoons (not good here at all) but the total with two drinks was $28.74, which is much higher than it should be (or has ever been) for a place like this. At least with other fast food, you usually get much better value (like Bush’s Chicken, for example).

I order 2 plates for pick up. Was supposed to be ready at 8:17pm. Didnt get anything until 8:40pm. & in the end they forgot my orange chicken in my plate. Didnt realize until i got home. The one in cedar park is farther but at least they always get my order correctly.

Food is great, service on the other hand, is terrible. To-go orders should not take a hour to make and I shouldn’t be told to talk to someone else about my order. Very unprofessional. UPDATED: Staff always forgets to make my meal when I have to wait for my food to be made.
