Sadly I have to say that I am very disappointed with Panda Express at this location near (151 and 410). The rice is hard. It feels barely cooked the noodles lack flavour and hardly any vegetables in it. Whoever is the cook is really messing up the food! I’ve never had this problem at this location. Please fix this issue otherwise you are about to loose many of your faithful customers. One star for me this time which is beyond dislike. And I will not recommend this Panda Express to family and friends. Managers, please try the food before you serve it to your customers that small detail will go long ways!!

The customer service from the food handler was atrocious!!! She spent more time telling me what she couldn’t do what I couldn’t have and what she couldn’t get me then serving food. Then when I asked to speak to the manager she told the server to tell me she didn’t have time to speak to me and if she got time then she would speak to me and the manager was standing right there with her back turned walked pass me to grab broccoli still didn’t acknowledge me or speak!!!!

I will never come to this place again the 151 location has some of the worst customer service. I went to the drive up window to order. I asked the child on the headset if the could do the pepper steak without mushrooms since I have a allergy. She said to me nope we don’t do modifications..

Not sure what the fuss is in the other reviews, but I can’t say there was a problem at this Panda location. The food was as satisfying and well cooked as at any other location. The only gripe here is that the parking lot and drive aisle get clogged very easily. That could make it hard for you to maneuver so he prepared if exiting/entering from the back.

The Worst Panda Express I’ve been to seriously the food is so Bland and no Taste at all Fried Rice was stale Dry and no taste… orange chicken tasted weird and hardly any sauce added will just stick back to the panda off Alamo Ranch where consistency is always there but this location isn’t just up there with the other panda location

Nope got an order through uber eats and ordered a large side order of Rangoons (not a single one had filling in them) I ordered the plate with broccoli beef. beef was slimy and broccoli was discolored and under cooked. All around an absolutely disgusting inedible mess.

The one on 151 it’s worth going the one on Bandera lazy as heck they will not cook. After 9 and it was 6:50 pm they had hardly anything . I walked out and went to 151 they cook until it’s closing time. That one is worth the drive . Serve you well. Bandera, Serve you like. They are paying and ask give them smaller portions.
