I’m done ordering from this location. Their chow mein (my favorite part of Panda) always tastes strange, usually sour cabbage or uncooked onion (not a fan of raw onion). Only other thing is I ask for chopsticks on every order and get utensils. Yes, thank you for the fork, I asked for chopsticks.

Porsha by far the best customer service I’ve had at this location, very pleasant and welcoming. I assume she is in a management role, or needs to be. Thank you for your service, it is appreciated more than you know.

I have lunch at the Panda Wok everyday, located Address: 2323 Babcock Rd, San Antonio, TX 78229. My everyday order is Fried Rice/String Beans w/ Chicken. After digging in, I noticed the rice was undercooked, I approached the sales person regarding the food concerns, that’s when the salesperson yelled at some young lady who approached me stating that she did not cooked the rice. I told her I did not accused her of cooking the rice and was only trying convey and made aware of my food concern. This is when the sales person accused me of my attitude, no sir I replied, there is no attitude only relaying that I paid for undercooked rice. I decided to leave the store to avoid any additional unwelcomed feedback. I expect an apology and reimbursement of food cost to satisfied the wasted time and uncooked food. Thank you!.

Ordered pepper chicken and teriyaki chicken this what I had when I got home. If I would have wanted onion and celery that’s what I would have ordered. Where’s the chicken in my pepper chicken? This is the second time I went there the first time my stomach was upset for 3 days. Panda Express was one of my favorite places before I moved here from Maryland but this place really changed my feeling

Not sure why the dining room is closed still but when I order online so I can get my food and go, I don’t enjoy waiting in a drove thru for 20 minutes waiting on my food. The point of mobile ordering is the food is ready when you arrive and you get to leave not sit in a line of 6 cars waiting to get my order.

5 November, 2022 at 4:45 pm, my family had walked inside of Panda Express on Babcock by the Medical Center area. The young female individual taking our order seemed annoyed before we walked up to order plates and bowls. My daughter had ordered a bowl which has one side and one entre. She noticed some green beans left in a silver bowl behind the glass. She asked the lady if she could have them, the lady said, no in a sharp tone, seemingly more annoyed than when we walked in. I stepped up to the glass and asked if we could change the bowl to a plate and if we could have the green beans. She continued with no.
