When I went on Saturday 8/19, Ashley was the best and excellent staff member, not sure if she is a manager, but she SHOULD BE. She made this old lady 63 yo with disabilities just cry. It reminded me of old times when customer service was actually just that, customer service. She is Top Notch, deserves a raise, a promotion and she should be a TRAINER for all Panda Express employees on “how it’s suppose to be done”. I am so glad I went that day. She also did not skimp and count every honey walnut shrimp she placed in my bowl and was just as friendly and courteous and welcoming as could be. She made me cry with joy! Please recognize her and her service some way, Panda Express. Thank you.

The staff as well as the GM always make me feel uncomfortable when I go. They always give stares. I find it weird that the bald manager does it being in his position. It doesn’t feel welcoming or like a comfortable environment to have our food here to eat because of that. Therefore we tend to always take it to go. The portions are decent when u take it Togo as well. The problem they also have is that they don’t prep enough for dinner or lunch rush. U always get the bottom of the pan scraps or have to wait n see if they’ll cook more. On this visit they gave me old pale looking broccoli, dried up shrimp, and rangoons that were not even separated in the fryer they were all stuck to each other with the inside ingredients in it falling out. Don’t like this location but their advantage is their the only one near my house

I ordered online and my order was supposed to be ready at 728pm. I arrived at 730pm and the girl said they were still working on it. I saw the receipt for my order sitting on the counter where they serve the food. But the girl continued to serve everyone that walked in and continued to overlook my order. I had to go up and ask what was going on and the girl realized her mistake and started to fill my order. I finally received my order a little after 8pm. Very disappointed in the service and attitude of everyone who works there. I contacted customer service but they never contacted me in return. I guess they don’t take customer complaints seriously.

I ordered through DoorDash. I ordered a 2 entree plate with chow mein. Food was extremely disappointing. Chow mein was the worst I have tasted. The shrimp walnut tasted like it had been there since yesterday. The beef and broccoli was cold to the touch. I asked for utensils and gave me a fork and a napkin. vey disgusting food. I expect better from Panda Express.

Hot, good “Chinese” employees were fast and polite. You need to ask for hot sauce and soy sauce and whatever else you need because nothing is put in the bag except food. Also dining room is a bit small and almost always has a line.

I ordered a family meal plus a 2entree plate from Panda Express at the Vance Jackson location. Then picked up my order and went home hoping everything was correct. When I checked everything at home, I notice only one thing was missing. The teriyaki chicken! Not a big deal, but just want what i ordered. So my gf goes back for me and tells them that we were just missing 1 item. Then the Manager asked for the receipt, looks at it and says,”yeah, I put it in there.” But it wasnt in there. Little did he know we took pics. So after him denying that we were missing anything 3 times. He finally gave her the portion. Not saying sorry for the mistake or anything. That’s just poor customer assistance. Something that should’ve been easy to handle, he just made it difficult. I mean does anyone wanna go back anywhere when something is missing. No. And when we do, I know no one wants to argue about it. Smh. He handle this poorly!
