My first time there. The drive-thru was busy but we went inside. Git the food fast and it was good. Wish they had plain brown rice instead if only fried rice. I got the honey walnut shrimp and it was great. The bowl size was plenty for me. Next time I’m going to try the orange chicken.

We arrived to have dinner there, there was a line but wait wasn’t so long. Staff was fast and attentive… not too sure if they were short staffed but their dinning area wasn’t being kept up with, tables were dirty and the napkin dispensers were empty. Food was great though & staff was helpful though. Young man at window taking orders and making them at the same time was phenomenal! All staff was working together too…

Rude as could possibly be. I will start by stating I was there at 1:50 pm on 8/6/2023, a Sunday afternoon. There was nobody else in the drive through when I got there so there was no rush. I spoke to a young boy who constantly called me “sir” even though I am clearly not. I waited for him to take my order because he said they were busy, I guess maybe inside? When he finally came back there was no apology as he asked me what I would like to order. No big deal on that end, I get it, it’s a fast food place. But as I said a bowl with honey walnut shrimp he interrupted me to ask for the side, then went to confirm that I said honey walnut shrimp. I shrugged it off even though he repeated the order with the side first. Then I asked for a plate with honey walnut shrimp and he cut me off again before I could get the name of the other entrée part out and asked me for the side once again with a rude tone and a sigh. I mentioned the side and then went back to tell him the other entrée and he then went to confirm the first entrée again like he wasn’t listening. Now I really don’t care what your POS system is like, but people don’t go to a steak house and go “oh ill take a backed potato, oh and with that I would like a ribeye!”. The tone, the rudeness, the interruptions were all stuff I could get over, if he wouldn’t have kept asking me if I was done, even after I said YES I AM DONE. I had to tell him three times I was done in order for him to tell me to pull forward, and even then I didn’t get a price for what I ordered. Reading the other reviews here it all seems to be about your service. The worst part is I tried calling to talk to a manager or at least let yall know maybe your drive through microphone isn’t working but nooooooo. Nobody answers any of your phones and your help line made me wait 20 minutes before it auto disconnected. IDK how yall are still in business.

I always loved this place we mostly go there twice a week, but last Time we went my husband ( disabled/half blind ) left his prescription special eyeglasses there after our visit and they were found later , but not secured by Manager or Associates !! They were laying around somewhere and no body cared cared about them !! The Manager Lady Kris from New Braunfels , Texas told me that they have no Company Policies / Rules nowhere to look up to how and where to store lost and found Items of Value !! Well, since it was in there possession ( according to Co-workers!!) they don’t feel like being responsible for that loss, which was a value of $ 350 for those glasses and from value to us !!! This happened on a Thursday 13 days ago and nobody have gone back with us, even I did requested a written statement for our Insurance to replace these glasses ️ !! I did write to the Association Office for complains and hope they do find a Solution, at least they should have a Policy and Insurance for Incidents and Injuries, but nothing came back yet !! I am a Customer and brought my entire Family and Friends to them, but I think we find us just another Restaurant in our Area Very disturbing and disappointing

I understand you need to get rid of y’alls food but please for the love of God say if the things have peanuts or whatever nut you put in I have to take my boyfriend to the hospital for something I had no clue of what was in it.
