Ordered a plate and a kids meal and these were the portions we got. Seemingly a lot less than other locations I’ve been to. Oh they also gave me some very old veggies for my kids meal that even my kid asked what that was.

This is my second trip this month picking up food, and the rice is always not cooked! My ancestors from a past life are yelling about this crunchy rice! Can we get someone to buy a rice cooker and teach them how many cups of rice to water ratios go into the rice cooker?! Please! And some of the food looked dry but the dish I had was not too bad. Most importantly, let’s get a rice cooker Please!

My family loves Panda Express… we eat at several different locations near home, but this Galveston location is our favorite by far. The food is always fresh, they are never low on anything, and the staff is always pleasant and courteous. This location has become one of our favorite restaurants in Galveston!

Decent food when they have it. Horrible service. Drive-through and mobile orders always take priority over in store customers. Staff has an extremely bad attitude. Frequently out of menu and beverage items. Staff has no sense of urgency to re-make entree items as they run out. Staff frequently hides in the back room to avoid customers.
