I have recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Panda Express store located at 11127 W. Airport Blvd. in Stafford, TX. My order consisted of a panda bowl, which I was hoping would be a satisfying and delicious meal. However, to my utmost dismay, all I received was a pitiful excuse for a portion – a mere seven tiny crumbs of orange chicken.

The worst experience ever! The only thing they have at this location is the drive-thru, but even that was terrible. Since you’re not looking at what they’re putting on your plate, they take advantage of it. I’ve gone 3 times, and today was the last time. The food had a terrible taste; not even the chili sauce could help it. Save your money and go to another location.

The so call manager Maria didn’t want to refund the entree but wanted to give an appetizer a $2 the orange chicken employees work all around touching everything and then come back and touch your food with the same no good

First time there and very unpleasant experience ! If you are a first time customer who has ordered online, they expect you to know what to do when you arrive at the store, the food is sitting on a side shelf away from the counter and no one will bother to tell you that your food is ready ! They expect you to know that it is there and when I asked the manager who was able to trace my food down after 15 minutes that who would tell the customers…… his reply was….. I am telling you now !

I placed an online order around 12:55. This place is around 5 minutes from my work so I figure 10-15 minutes is plenty of prep time even when busy. I arrived there around 1:05 and was left waiting on my order for FORTY MINUTES. Well over half my lunch break was wasted waiting on a very simple order- a plate of orange chicken, greens & chow mein. Even then the order was of subpar quality as it contained a large, tough, uncut chunk of cabbage. DO NOT come here if you’re looking for something quick.
