Food had no taste. Took forever with my order in the drive thru. Lady at the drive thru was pushy and rushing us through. Didn’t give us a receipt. Got 2 out of 3 orders wrong. Horrible customer service. Had to go back for utensils. Barely any noodles in my chow mein, no chicken in my string bean chicken and have me kung pao instead of orange chicken

The food experience is terrible! Ordered 2 plates, broccoli beef does not have broccoli. The honey chicken breast has been charred and turned into a black surface. The food is so pitiful. I like pandas very much, but I won’t come to this store again

Restaurant locks doors an hour before closing because they had a rush for 3 hours. I prefer to walk in to this eatery because the drive through service is poor. On a plus note, they will answer the phone to provide this information to you.

I truly hate to be lied to!! I asked for sweetner in the drive thru and was told they had none. I went inside and they did have it. Not a place to go to to trust them handling you food when they lie to you.

Stopped for a late lunch. All was fine but there was to things that could have made things better. First the food was warm but not hot. I also ordered a shrimp entree. The server clearly provided a smaller amount than other beef and chicken entrees that charged me a premium upcharge for shrimp. Otherwise OK.

Worst Panda Express ever. Especially the so called manage (Isa). The food was garbage as it is most of the time l. I had to throw it away. Spoke with the manager over the phone and she said you can return to the location and get a free dinner when I went to the location she said you have to bring back the uneaten food and that’s all she is going to replace. I just do not understand how these girls are working there. Dear panda Express please hire better staff or you will be losing a lot of customers.
